    Absolutely the worst service of any type of company i have done business with...ever! we have had no garbage pick up since Dec 20. Over the last year we have been missed at least twice a month almost every month. They have every excuse in the book. When they have picked up they leave my garbage cans tipped over in my ditch or tipped over in my drive way. The one time i was outside and they knocked a garbage can over and dumped a can over with their lift. they left it tipped over and garbage all over i yelled to them and pointed and the driver just lifted up his hands and left. We have tried calling about this many times. always get the story they cant find good people. Maybe the owner or managers who are getting paid well should get themselves on the truck or pick up trucks and get the job done!! I'm paying my 17 year old son to take ours to the dump from now on. Crazy thing about it all we live in Calvert city!!!!!! We will not be paying our bill that is due!

    Absolutely THE WORST!! Customer service is rude,they NEVER return calls..even said not to leave them multiple messages on the answering machine because it would delay a response!! How can I pay my bill if they never answer?? The website does not work properly so I cannot pay my bill online!!! I'm over this place!! Trash never picked up on time either!! BYE

    They are charging for services they don't supply and now they are adding a "fuel surcharge" for trucks that don't pick-up your trash as they promise. Rarely do they pick up on your "trash day" and often not on even on that week. But they charge you the same amount.
    It is not surprising that they are not BBB accredited!

    They suck! But, I'm sure they know that! Trash day is "Thursday". They sent a text that it would be Friday. Here it is Tuesday and no service! I have called with no response, of course. Why would any minimum wage employee answer the phone just to get yelled at because you work for a crappy company. Please sell out to a company with a successful business model. Admit failure and move on. Walmart is hiring.
