    Yesterday I was approved for a vehicle and today I go to pick it up and all of a sudden I'm not approved for it after I put insurance on it as described.

    *** ****** was never approved for a vehicle.  He is a 530 credit score.  Our sales person informed ******* that he would need a cosigner.  ******* brought a cosigner and his cosigner was a 470 credit score.  These profiles would not qualify him to purchase the truck he wanted.

    I purchased a vehicle 8/21/2023. At the time of sale i was sold ceramic coating for the vehicle, $2495. I was told someone would call me in a couple of weeks to schedule the procedure. It has been almost 3 months. I have sent 4 emails and get the response; "I received your inquiry about additional info from our dealership. I will be following up with you soon. ***** ********" There has not been any follow up. I have called twice, "no one is available to speed with you; but your call will be returned as soon as possible" No return phone call.
    I had wanted to pay cash but the dealership asked me not to do that. They get more money if I finance the vehicle for at least 6 months. As we were going over the paperwork i said I didn't want gap insurance. Since I had the cash; I didn't want the extra expense of additional insurance. He tried to tell me that everyone had to buy gap insurance. I told me again that i didn't want it; declined or refused or what ever the proper term might be. He said OK. I thought that meant he was taking it off but when i got home and was going over the paperwork I was charged $1000 for gap insurance. This is $3495 that I charged but never wanted or received.
    I also bought a service agreement for $3595. Given the issues I have had with no returned phone calls or emails; I don't want to use this dealership for service for the vehicle. I don't feel like I can trust them to be honest or timely. I would like the ceramic coating and gap insurance refunded. I would be glad to transfer the service agreement to a different dealership.
