    Spoke with Jahlen for a week about a truck. Was told it was not going to be an issue to get financing even with 197k on the odo. Sales manager supposedly told her he was positive he could get approval with 700 or better score. Drove 2 hours ran credit myself and my mother 800+ Score btw. Spent 1.5 hrs waiting looking over our trade and the truck 2016 ram 3500 dually laramie and was then informed no bank would loan on this vehicle due to mileage and told by the sales manager that we can get you in a newer f150 no issue. NOT EVEN A COMPARABLE VEHICLE!!! Hope the place burns to the ground for wasting 4 hours of driving flat out lying and not getting the deal done screw all of you lying bastards

    I took the truck in for a oil change cabin air filter and spark plugs. Was charged for a 2 hour book time on spark plugs at 135 an hour when it takes no more then a hour to do spark plugs which made for a $546.77 bill is outrageous.

    I took my vehicle for a warranty claim repair in early September 2023. I was told they needed to order a part for the repair that would take about a month for them to receive. The dealership called me the week of October 9th and scheduled an appointment for 10/31/23 for the repair. I took my vehicle in, they couldn’t find my ticket and then couldn’t do the repair that day. After a long wait they provided me with a vehicle to drive home. Two weeks later they contacted me and said they still didn’t have my car done but needed to switch me loaner vehicles. I still do not have my car back on 11/28/2023, and cannot get to a live person anytime I try to call. I would NEVER recommend this dealership solely based on this experience. I purchased the vehicle there, and won’t be a repeat customer.
