May 4, 2023 I placed an order ***** for five back-issue magazines and after sending repeated emails asking for the status of my order, I have gotten no replies. I have used three different emails for *** *****, ****** ***** *** **** ******** but gotten no response from any of them. The advertisements have been on their website and through their emails and on their social networks like Facebook and Instagram. Ben has said they are closing and we are to let them know of undelivered orders. I have written over 10 emails.

We had hoped to wrap this up back in June, but the timing wasn't right, it took longer than expected to tie up all the ends. We write tonight to say we have finally reached the end of tiding up and we need your help to finish strong over the next three days.
We write you a simple and direct message… FOLK is ending it’s print run after 12 years and closing up the online shop. In the closing process we are wanting to ensure that ALL past customers received what they ordered over the years, and received quality goods. If at any point in the past 12 years you’ve ordered anything from FOLK that you didn’t receive or wasn’t received in good condition please respond to this email.
IF YOU HAVE ANY UNDELIVERED ORDERS OR FULFILLMENT ISSUES PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS EMAIL. WE MUST ADDRESS THOSE ISSUES.

I purchased a sweatshirt on September 15th because they were having a sale. They were forward in saying that shipping times were slow and they are a small company. I realized in October that I was never given a shipping number or a notification that my purchase had been shipped. I have followed up with them on October 4th, November 12, and November 25 via email to ************************ ************************** and their portal for questions/help on their website. Order place on May 29th, 2023 for some jam and shirts. They reached out to me to inform me that one of the t-shirts was out of stock and if I would like a replacement. I said yes, any shirt will do. However, I have still not received my order and my emails continue to be ignored. I placed an order for 9 jars of jam on May 15 and the items never shipped. The owner sent emails notifying customers that he was closing up shop and to reply if you had any unresolved orders. I did that—multiple times and from different email addresses (in case one was going to spam) and never heard from the owner. My May 15 order was placed in hopes issues with previous orders were an anomaly (two 2022 orders were missing items, which were never replaced or refunded, totaling around $110). But sadly, my hope was in vain. And it appears I'm not the only customer left with an order and no items.Initial Complaint

I ordered and paid for products over 90 days ago and have responded to multiple emails from them per their direction to do so, if I hadn’t received product to no avail.
