    This guy has clearly been stealing money from tons of people for a long time. He was sending 10 emails a day selling shirts, I ordered two, never received them despite being charged. I've tried to email multiple times to no avail.

    They deserve zero stars! Ordered $80 worth of tshirts and never received them. Wrote to multiple email addresses multiple times. Never a single response. Zero customer service!!! Do not but from this company!!!

    In May 2023 I ordered 3 items from Folk . I have emailed, called, which the # is disconnected, checked my tracking order which is not a real tracking #. I keep getting emails about sale items, books yet they are not mailing anything out. The money was taken out of my account the day I ordered. I am very disappointed in these Kentucky scammers.

    Never received my order, no replies to emails. Please don't fall for their "going out of business" sale that has been going on for way too long! They claim they want to make things right with any orders not received, but still never responded to my emails.

    I was scammed by Ben A**** at FOLK magazine. I placed an order that was never fulfilled. I sent multiple emails and DM’s trying to follow up on the order. My credit card was charged and nothing has ever been shipped or delivered. Extremely disappointing.

    Place an order December 2022 for 2 back issues of their magazines. My payment quickly went through at the bank. I never received anything and after waiting several months, I asked on their Facebook page if they would be shipping my order. I received no response. A month or so later I emailed them at their private email address requesting a refund. I received no response. All this time I am reading comments from others who also placed orders and received nothing. But the website is also still active and posting advertising to get more folks to order from their website - "New Magazine Printings," "All Candles $5.00," "All Shirts $5.00." Lots of sales and comments seeking more sales but continued comments from others about not receiving orders. It's now May, 6 months after I placed my order and I have received no communication from the seller.

    I ordered two publications from this company. My payment quickly cleared, but did not receive items or responses to my inquiries. I strongly caution others against making a purchase.

    I ordered from Ben A**** the scam artist almost two months ago-never received my two magazines. Emailed the company multiple times and sent several ********* messages with no reply. I just filed a complaint through Shopify which is his website platform. This guy is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. HE IS A CON ARTIST. I don’t know how he is even still in business or not in prison. There’s an ********* account called @******************* (check it out-dozens of people discussing being conned by him).
    Keep complaining and filing complaints with Shopify, the BBB, the IRS and even the FBI. This guy has got to get shut down.

    Never received my back issue magazine I ordered and paid for. I will contact my credit card company and seek a refund.
