    I booked a cabin rental for October 13 - 15 with *********** for Kozy Havens. *********** told me that they needed a credit card to secure my reservation and it would not be for payment because I would NOT have to pay until the day I arrived and that Payment was not due until then. *********** also told me that I had until October 8th to cancel this reservation with Kozy Havens without being charged a fee.
    Kozy Havens kept harassing for payment by email and by phone so I decided that I would cancel my reservation with them because it was not what I agreed to with ***********. So I emailed them om September 12,2022 stating that I no longer needed the rental. Once they received my email, I no longer heard from them until October 14. I tried to send them another email but it would not go through because Kozy Havens Blocked me so that I could not send anything to them. Which told me that they received my email that I was canceling and they were upset that I canceled. She called me on October 15th while I was attending a wedding to tell me that she took money from my credit card in which I NEVER gave to them or Authorized them to take. She stated that they are tired of people reserving then canceling so they decided to START charging for canceling. Which meant starting with me! She made up a so call contract to that effect and sent it to my bank. I NEVER seen it or agreed to it until my bank sent me a copy. It was Not in my agreement with bookin.com. I also told her that my emails are no longer going through to Kozy Havens and she said she knew and they won't either which told me that they blocked me. (Not very good Business Ethics). They took money from me that I did not autherize or agree to.
    I Canceled this Reservation way before the due date so there was No Reason that they had the right to take money from my Credit Card that I only gave to hold my reservation.
    I would like a Full Refund, plus and interest or Fees that occur on my credit card.
