    I want to start by saying the workers that came out from R&S were very nice. It's the woman that does the appointments that was very rude and unprofessional. My home warranty company use them and they came to my home checked our refrigerator and said the compressor has a hole in it. I contacted them several times to see what was the hold up on fixing the problem and got no response. My Home warranty called and still got no response and then out the blue the woman calls to inform me someone was coming out to fix my refrigerator finally. I came home from work to wait for them and when they get here they guys say we came to check out your refrigerator. I say y'all been out to check it and it's suppose to get fixed today. They called the lady she lied and said she never told me it was getting fixed today. I made this claim a month ago. R&S is garbage and I hope nobody has to use them through their home warranty. Mostly Every review I read on better buisness bureau and Yelp were all mostly saying the same thing about this company .They shouldn't even get a star at all.

    Our home warranty went through this company to have the hvac fixed. Took 2/3 weeks to even get them to come out and look at it. Parts were ordered to fix the issue. We didn’t hear a word from them for a month. At that point I called the office to see if they had the parts. Was told they would have to look/find them!! First of all, if they had been delivered, why hadn’t anyone called to set up a time to come back out and put them on?? So I got off the phone with R&S, called the home warranty to find out that he’s in fact the parts had been delivered a month ago! You can’t hardly get through to them, they don’t like answering their phone. They begrudgingly came out late one evening. Said they fixed it, less than 24 hours later it’s not working again, doing the same thing it had before. I called them Monday morning, only to be told that they don’t really service our area, that they were just doing it as a favor, that I would need to call my home warranty. They are horrible, rude, inconsistent, group of people I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. All you hear from them are excuses after excuses…about how they are sick, or how they have to drive to Knoxville, TN to do a repair. By the way, if we aren’t in your service area, then how the heck is Knoxville TN? We are no where near the distance that Knoxville TN is from the business location. LIES! That’s all they know how to do is lie. I don’t believe a word that comes out of their mouths! All the reviews listed here are accurate of the same type of stuff we dealt with! R&S you can get on here and spin your tale all you want. It will be a lie, and you know you’re lying. Remember what the Bible says about openly/willingly lying!

    Mrs. Tolliver, I am sorry you feel like you've been lied to, but unfortunately we do not service crab orchard because there is not enough call volume in that area for it to be beneficial to the company. As for you repair, the unit was working when we left the home an I apologize that after 24 hours is stopped working again. You were told to contact your warranty company only because we could not come back and service you in a timely manor and wanted you to be taken care of quickly. ,My tech worked until 10:00 pm to get you taken care since you said the other tech did not show, but he came to the home knocked on the door and called the number provided with no answer, so he repaired the outdoor unit and unit was working fine, you called our office and had the owner come back to your home even though the unit was working because you did not know we repaired the unit, you just thought we were a no call no show. We made every effort to take care of you and I'm sorry you've had a bad experience.

    Used this company through our home warranty. They take 2-3 weeks just to come take a look, then another 2 weeks minimum between ordering parts and doing repair. When they did the repair (which ended up not being covered on home warranty), they did not make sure the unit worked before they left. We waited another 2 weeks for them to come back. Then they told us we had a leaking coil and they would need to submit to the warranty and order the part. We never heard from them again. I called multiple times and finally got the office person who said she would talk to the technician, and she never called back. We ended up having a new company come out through the warranty who found that the breaker to the AC hadn't been turned back after the repair by the other company. R&S also forgot to put the cap back on the refrigerant, which has to be on for the unit to run. We did not have working AC for 6 weeks during a 90 degree heat wave and were completely ghosted by R&S.

    Our home warranty company assigned us to them for a dishwasher repair on 7/2/2022. A person came out on 7/15/2022, not heard anything from them since, and now the phone number provided says that it has been disconnected.

    I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, but your dishwasher was approved for replacement from the warranty company and is out of our hands at this point. It is up to your warranty company to update you on the status of your new dishwasher. All of out phones have been up and running with no issues unless you are calling while another person is calling. It might give a busy signal. Please reach out if we can help you with anything else regarding this claim. Thank you
