    I ordered Dinovite for my cat. we haven't used 1/4 of it yet. I never signed up for repeat delivers.today I was charged $ 38. I tried to call but got a message stating to contact by email or chat, they're no longer taking phone calls. I spent over an hour trying the email and chat route but none of it would send. Will be going to my bank Monday to get the charge reversed or to cancel my debit card so they can't use it again. This will be such a hassle but worth it so I don't have to deal with more withdrawals. Companies like this need to be held accountable

    We sincerely apologize for the trouble you experienced while trying to connect with our team. Unfortunately, we encountered a system issue on July 19, 2025, that temporarily affected our contact form and resulting in our consumers being unable to reach us via the contact form. This issue has since been resolved, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

    Regarding your order placed on April 19, 2025, you selected our "Subscribe & Save" option, which provides a 15% discount and sets up automatic shipments. An email reminder is sent 72 hours in advance of each order processing, and customers can manage their subscription at any time by logging into their account at dinovite.com. This triggered the order that processed on 7/19/25.

    That said, we understand the frustration this situation may have caused. As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve gone ahead and issued a full refund for your most recent order. You will receive a confirmation email shortly. As this shipment has left our facility, you may donate the product to a local shelter, friend, or family member. Additionally, all future automatic shipments associated with your subscription have been successfully canceled.

    Again, we truly apologize for the inconvenience and wish you and your furry friend all the best.

    I wish I could leave negative stars. Ordered sample, my cat got severe diarrhea, had to take poor dude to vet, that cost me $400, then get charged for a shipment I didn't order. Email address doesn't work, automated calling and chat doesn't work. I contacted my bank and claimed fraudulent charges. This product is good if you want to dressings your bank acct and kill your animal.

    We did receive your message via our contact form requesting to cancel the order, and I apologize that a refund was not issued at that time. Upon review, you do qualify for our Money Back Guarantee, and we’re taking this seriously. I’ll be speaking with our Customer Support team to ensure that policies are being properly followed moving forward.
    To clarify, the trial pack does automatically enroll you into a subscription. The first 90-day supply processes 14 days after the date the trial is ordered, unless the subscription is managed beforehand. We do offer flexibility for consumers to manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account.
    A full refund has now been issued back to your original form of payment. Additionally, our Customer Support team will be reaching out to follow up on the digestive upset your pet experienced—your pet’s health and safety is very important to us.

    horrible customer service. like everyone else, i ordered a trial bag. apparently i was automatically “subscribed “ and received another bag and a $90 deduction from my checking account. i logged in to my account and it said i had NO subscriptions. then WHY am i still getting charged??
    i spoke with customer service after i declined the last shipment and returned it unopened and she assured me my bank account would be credited. a month later, im still waiting. horrible, horrible customer service.

    I ordered a sample bag of probiotics to help my dog not knowing if he would eat it or not well it took me 4 weeks and several phone calls to the company to get it delivered it was only a sample bag then all of a sudden on June 26th this company decides to automatically Bill and tried to take out $89 from my checking account for an order that I did not place they in turn responded back very arrogantly and informed me that reading is fundamental this is a very poor company to do business with I do not recommend it whatsoever

    Like others who have entered a complaint about Dinovite, I am stuck with a second shipment of a product that doesn't work. I ordered Dinovite for large dogs. The package said to give it a whole 90 days before requesting money back. Prior to that 90 day cutoff, a second order was shipped. I didn't receive an email that it was coming. Had I received notice, I would have cancelled it. Instead, $88 was deducted from my bank account for a product that absolutely doesn't work. I can't even log in to see my subscription. I was told the wrong email was listed for my subscription which is puzzling because they seem to be able to reach me with the abundance of marketing emails they send. Dinovite, if you're reading this - your online chat assured me that my subscription has been cancelled as of today, 4/17. I highly suggest that you make sure it's cancelled. As for potential buyers of Dinovite, talk to your vet. Mine said this was a waste of money. She was correct.

    I didn't receive any notification that the next order was about to ship. I am very dissatisfied with their service. I contacted the company they told me they only refund the first order. I get alot of junk emails from them, but no email letting me know the order was about to ship. They say no refunds on any order but the first order. This is bad customer service.

    I wish I could leave zero stars. Worst product and customer service ever. My dog refuses to eat this product until he's basically starving. When he does eat it, it makes him vomit. We've followed all instruction and suggestions and nothing helps. Dynovite will take the overpriced product back but they refuse to pay return shipping. They sell you a $90 bag of grass clippings with which they make millions but will not stand behind their product enough to avoid this bad review. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
