    We tried Dinovite for our 10 yr old Chihuahua who's been itching a lot. It didn't help at all and pretty sure it made her bowels loose. The company also sent charged us and sent a huge bag that were not going to use and after unable to send back. Do not recommend.

    Yep! I believe it is a scam. Our new Corgi ate it and turned into Cujo, I was told too much Magnesium, too soon. Any ways we had to dispatch him to a farm. Dino-vite then charged me like $62 dollars for a 3 month supply for a dog I no longer own. I wrote them and told them to cancel and provide a refund....Mary C. wrote back and said ..."Your order has been canceled and we should receive a refund in 10 business days". well it has now been close to 15 days, and no refund.
    Before I buy from new places now on, I will google the BBB for content.

    Do not buy. My dog will not eat it so I tried to cancel. Impossible!!!! No customer service, they don't answer the phone. Now want to keep charging me. Got ahold of my back. Had to cancel my card.

    Dinovite sent me another order and pulled money from my debit account without my knowledge/permission. I have tried the past week to contact by email x2, chat and their customer service call line x 3 and no response. I will work with my bank to resolve the future financial withdraws without my consent but the $115.00 they already took cannot be resolved unless the company communicates with me. This is robbery. I might need your assistance to get my $ back and I have not opened the order they sent me and am very willing to send it back.

    BEWARE of DINOVITE
    I bought a 90 day supply for my little dog and before the bag was empty I got another 90 day supply, so I called to stop order and no one answered the phone and then I emailed 4 times requesting to end the shipments and received no answer.
    I dont need any more but it keeps coming and they won't communicate.

    Deceptive business practices. We have unused product to return. They promise a 90 day guarantee if returned within 180 days but their website is purposefully designed to keep you in a loop so that you can not initiate a return. Numerous calls to customer service have not helped us start a return or get a refund for this unused product. We stopped giving it to our Aussie after one week because he began ripping out his fur and became aggressive. If they try to say I’m an unverified customer re: this review, we purchased under my husband’s name but used my email address for our Dinovite “account”.
