    Roughly five weeks ago we had a hot water heater bust on us. We got the information for CFI construction via a friend that recently had them do work at their house. Craig and his crew were extremely Pleasant and professional. They do amazing work and I would recommend them to friends and family. We will definitely be using them again in the future

    Scheduled 2 bathroom faucet installation 4/4/24 between 8 and 10 am with Graig. He did not show up or call. Called him later, agreed to come in the afternoon. I had to cancel my afternoon commitment. After installation he ran water, did not fill sink to check if there is a leak with water pressure. Told me to call if there are leaks, covered under 1 year warranty. On 4/10/24 water leaked after I filling the sink with water. Agreed to come and fix the problem on 4/18/24 at 9am. I sent him a message on 4/16/24 to confirm the appointment, he confirmed. I took a morning off 4/18/24.Craig was no show again. He sent a message at 6:40 pm stating he wants to come the next day. The drain and tailpieces were installed at 60 degrees leaving a very wide gap. The drain tailpipes were barely in the drain pipe. Non of the joints were sealed, plumbing 101. This is not a small leak, all the water drained into the vanity and on to the floor. Very shady job. Does not value customer’s time and has no courtesy to call and cancel. Now he is claiming the leak was reported 10 days later and 10 days does not fall in the 1 year warranty. Very honesty. I would not recommend him for any plumbing job. You will end up with more problems
