    Hardin Billing Service is saying that I owe them money on two different accounts:

    01/11/2020 Moved out of the house on *** ****** ****** *****, Radcliff, KY and (Moved to Tennessee)

    First account number given is: *****
    Second account number given on the website is: **** (I am not sure what account is correct for the address she lived at).

    The website says I owe $1390.60 (*****)
    The website says I owe $1337.26 (****)

    Not only is the problem from almost 5 years ago, but they are also saying I have 2 accounts; that is not true.
    The other problem is how they unprofessionally speak to you in a business letter.

    3/22/24 no garbage picked up, notified the company on the following MOnday, said they would send someone out to get it they didn't. 3/26/24 called back asked to speak to a manager said he would have them pick up 3/27/24, no one picked up my garbage. This happens frequently, asked the manager why we are not getting a refund because they are supposed to pick up garbage weekly, he stated " we don;t have to pick up your garbage weekly" He was very rude and offered to solution to the problems, just added to it and our frustration, in the past they would make up excuses, oh out trucks were down or we had. alot of staff call out and were short handed not this guy and he never gave his name.
