      I chose this location because of a Cryotherapy and Hydromassage bed.With a $120+ a month membership - you can receive both of these treatments.However, the beds last ten minutes.Therefore, I would need to use the bed two or three times each visit.This was NEVER a problem at this location or any other location.Last month, I was in a flare up that left me unable to walk most days and on bed rest by 1-4pm most days.When arriving at the Hurstbourne location, desperate for pain relief,the salon director told me I couldn't do the cryotherapy or hydromassage twice in a row.I explained that this was never an issue before.Nor is it suitable or supportive of chronic pain relief. Ten minutes once a day just doesn't do the trick.The salon director wasn't receptive or apologetic.This lackluster behavior, terrible customer service, and inconsistent communication between staff wasn't new.Every employee at this location (minus a sweet lady with glasses), doesn't greet you upon entering the building.They will finish a phone call,texting,inappropriate conversation with clients etc. before you are greeted.I have waited ten minutes to be greeted but on average three minutes.The salon director has had full conversations on her phone lasting five minutes before greeting me.However,BBB doesn't allow that many characters.I would visit another location if the cryotherapy was elsewhere.
      This type of treatment is a slap in the face to people paying hard earned money for extensive services. After almost a year at STC, I switched back to my MedSpa. More expensive but worth it to not dread dealing with their customer service and leaving with a negative experience when you go almost daily!
      As someone with debilitating chronic pain and dis-abilities, the last experience I need or want to go through is humans that don't care about you.Those of us with dis-abilities are already invisible and ignored by society.To be treated inhumane is not worth ten minute pain relief.

      We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion you have experienced regarding using our Spa equipment. Upon reviewing your account, we can see that you regularly utilize multiple Spa services in a daily visit with us. As long as the Spa services are different piece's of equipment, you are able to redeem multiple visits in a day. However, you are unable to use the same piece of Spa equipment more than once a day. We apologize for any confusion, and we hope to have you back soon!

      I followed all of Suntan City's rules and regulations for cancelling, and they continued to charge me for four months, and not refund any of my money even though I have the date that I cancelled, and the phone number on my phone statment where I called and spoke to them. I would strongly suggest tanning elsewhere. I am filing a complaint with the BBB today.

      In 2016 I was banned for doing nothing. The workers are rude and their service sucks. I tried to talk to a manager and there was no manager to speak too. They are outrageous on there prices. I called the customer service phone number and no one answered.

      We apologize for your frustration. However, your account was originally closed in 2012 due to a situation that occurred in one of our salons. Unfortunately due to this, we will remain consistent with asking that you seek another tanning provider. At this time, you are more than welcome to chat in to our Customer Service Department, and we will submit a callback request for Sr. Management to contact you regarding your account.

      Totally fraudulent, misleading, and dishonest business practices! I signed up for a (more expensive) "Monthly" membership option on May 8, '23. I explicitly told the young girl that signed me up that I only wanted 1 Month and she told me "No worries, just cancel before May 7th!" On June 2ND, I was charged $28 MORE than the package I even signed up for! I contacted customer service and this was their response: "When you signed up in May it was prorated amount for the month of May and all of our payments do pull on the 1st of every month. The reason the price is higher is the first month after you sign up there is an annual charge for $20 that you get once a year. Unfortunately due to the documents signed on file I would not be able to do a refund. I do apologize about that but it is explained in the membership agreement that you signed." At the time of sign up, there was NOTHING to read and I was not informed of ANY of this, the little girl just asked me to sign the credit card terminal to authorize my initial payment and again reassured me that I could cancel before June 7th and wouldn't have any problems. It is totally unacceptable for employees to misinform customers.

      Phone was stolen they did not want to let me view security footage then they cancelled my membership after being member since 2005 over 17 years. All the money they have made off me after my phone stolen.

      Rip off! Been loyal customer for years. If I don't usually purchase a prepaid membership then I do tan to end of year. So I'm still in awe of how while being in middle of completeling a tour of city package I was told upon next visit that I owed $1000 balance on my account and I was not allowed to tan. Call customer support to be told to leave a msg for a manager of whom would call back within 48-72 hours. I called every 3 days for the first year with no call back. It allowed me a few times to purchase single visits and then a few times it would let me buy online then I go on site to be turned away by staff with no refund. I hadn't done anything wrong tho, wasn't never disrespectful, never angry with staff or anything like this. I got a reply off Google to email them to rectify the problem but guess what??? No email back either.
