    ***** installed our windows. He was extremely professional. 4 windows were installed in our 1961 basement within 2 hours. The windows look great! I would highly recommend Window World and *****!

    Brett and James did a great job with the installation of my new windows, replacing one that was shattered and another that lost its seal. They communicated their arrival timing and progress, and were efficient and clean. The job was very well done!

    Last year (2022) I ordered 6 windows with installation. All 6 windows were custom measurements. 5 were measured correctly and installed in February of 2023, but the installation was poor. The caulking around the windows was not done correctly, and needs to be removed and redone. The 6th window was measured incorrectly. Techs were sent out a total of 3 times, and each time they came to install the last window it did not fit. The company stated the window had been installed, and they had a work order saying it had been done. I spoke with Jack on Wednesday the 29th of June, when they were supposed to come and verify the window was not installed and re-measure. He did not come on Wednesday or on Thursday. I still have the old window in place, the new window did not fit the last time they came out. I have put a hold on the remainder of the payment until this is corrected and I have the window properly installed. The customer service has been horrible, and I am extremely upset with the service and execution of the 5 windows that were installed.

    Purchased new front floor with side lites and shutters. Installation was fast and made a huge difference in the appearance of my home. One issue with the item (glass panels were supposed to have grids) but they assured me that it was an easy fix!
