    Purchased a new front door and windows for the whole house. From the first meeting with the salesman, Tim to the installation with Steve, everything was smooth. The price was below all of the other quotes I received and Steve treated our house as if it was his own. Very happy with the purchase and installation.

    George was very thorough, and knowledgeable, about the products. He was patient, answering my questions, and explaining things to me. He was also professional, and respectful, helping me figure out exactly what was needed.

    Great windows, solid service and a good price! We got bids from 2 other window companies and by far WW had the best price. I’d have went with one of the higher bids if I felt like they were better quality, but these are fantastic windows. Install went smoothly and I’m really happy with our decision to go with WW.

    Horrible!!!I ordered an oval glass 2 panel door.I received a rectangle 1 panel door.They said all they could do was replace the door with a 1 panel rectangle glass.They told me oval was not written on the paperwork so there is nothing I can do except buy a new door. **** would not admit to not writing oval on the paper. It is what I've wanted for years and I had a picture I showed him of what I wanted. Yet he continued to blame me. He was very, very rude. The company kept giving me the run around and it was nearly impossible to get a hold of someone. Now I am stuck paying for the wrong door or paying for 2 doors and throwing the wrong one out. They wouldn't even knock off some money.What a waste of time and money.Again **** is so rude. The way he spoke to me was not professional what so ever. The installation team cussed a ton, filled my house with the smell of smoke from their many smoke breaks, and took a lot of personal phone calls while working. They got silicone all over the place. The door frame is crooked. The door handle is crooked. The footstop doesn't work. Lock was not put on for screen door.
