    Merrick Contacting, LLC replaced the shingles on our roof in March 2023 after sustaining wind damage. Jim worked with our **** insurance and made the process easy and understandable for us since we had purchased the house only 6 months prior to the damage. His contracting team were very polite and did a fantastic job replacing the roof in one day and tidying up afterwards. One year later and the roof still looks perfect. It has held strong through numerous high wind gusts and recently a hail storm. If we ever need another repair, we’ll definitely call Merrick Contacting, LLC again. Thanks for everything Jim!

    Merrick Contracting did a great job installing our new roof. I called Jim about a roof leak the morning before Thanksgiving and he got someone to fix the leak that afternoon. We had another issue in a different area in late January and decided we needed a new roof. The quote was reasonable and the crew did a great job protecting around our house, safely removing the old shingles, installing a new roof, and cleaning up afterwards. The work was completed by mid-February. I highly recommend Merrick Contracting whether you just need a repair or you need a full replacement.

    Merrick Contracting did a professional job of installing my new roof. The crew came out and covered all landscaping with tarps then tore off and replaced new shingles. Very professional. I didnt find any leftover trash in my yard not even a nail. I would highly recommend!

    I was having a huge issue with the hole that was on my roof. It was allowing squirrels to be in my attic, and also started a slight gnat problem. I honestly can say that I called about seven people to look at my roof. Only three came out to look at the roof and the other two people didn’t call me for weeks after. Jim came out, looked at the roof and had shingles available, and a whole pamphlet to be able to go over everything with me. He took his time to explain things to me and let me know what was and wasn’t in the budget. I honestly can’t thank him enough for this. I got a new roof in a week and a half.

    My experience with Merrick Contracting was excellent. They helped me with my insurance claim. Adjuster came out, took about 15 minutes and my roof was approved for a full replacement. The crew at Merrick was fast, efficient and polite! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof!

    Merrick Contracting was a great choice to replace our roof! Jim Merrick dealt with our insurance company and also helped us pick out the new roof materials, as well as showing shingle samples and pictures of roofs done by his company. His crew was impressive the way they worked together tearing off, replacing and cleaning up all of debris. I would definitely recommend Merrick Contracting to anyone needing roofing, home repair or improvement based on my personal experience

    Jim and his crew did a great job. He worked with our insurance company and in the end have a beautiful new roof. The roof was done in a day and clean up was excellent . He also installed new gutters. Would highly recommend!

    “Merrick Contracting did a first-class job replacing our roof. We have a large, steep roof with multiple angles. The crew was professional, quick, and most of all did quality work. They were neat and cleaned up thoroughly. They provided me numerous pictures of the job in progress and completed, so I had confidence in the workmanship and that any damage underneath the shingles was repaired properly. Jim worked closely with me and my insurance company throughout the claim process for the storm damage we had. I heartily recommend Merrick Contracting if you need roof work.”   --***** *
