  Jim was working on my neighbors roof, and noticed several shingles missing from mine. We live in a two story house so it's hard to see the roof. He inspected it, and found even more damage. That day he put a tarp on to avoid any more damage, and sat with me while we called my insurance. Jim handle all contact with my insurance, and I just had to pick out the color shingle I wanted. His crew arrived, and put on an entire roof including sheathing in a single day. The crew was friendly and professional, and cleaned up everything. Jim is personable and professional, and I would highly reccommend Merrick Contracting for any of your roofing needs.

  I was very pleased with the job Merrick did replacing my roof! Mr. *** M****** is very professional and oversees everything personally. He even submitted everything to insurance for us. The outcome is a beautiful new roof and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend this company.

  I was highly impressed with our experience with Merrick Contracting. Communication was excellent throughout the whole process. Jim helped us deal with our insurance company and did his best to make the process easy for us! His crew was amazing ~ hardworking, courteous and professional. The clean-up process was amazing as well - my yard looks like no one was here! Jim even came back the next day to do a final sweep of the property for any missed trash, roofing nails, etc.
  I would highly recommend Merrick Contracting if you need your roof replaced or repaired!

  I am a disabled veteran who lives in a modest home. A lot of these roofing companies don't tell you if our profit margin isn't large enough we will ignore your calls till you go away, not J** MERRICK very professional, but at the same time you can talk to him like he was family. He came on a Tuesday we signed a contract that day, the materials were delivered that Friday, his crew was here at 8am on Saturday & had the roof stripped, wood and flanges replaced and the new roof on including cleanup by 3pm all in one day. All of my neighbors were impressed and complemented how thorough they were.

  Jim, We want to first of all thank you for being so professional yet friendly and thoughtful! We absolutely love the new roof. Your team of workers couldn't have been anymore polite, quick and thorough. We have found no residue or shingle remains lying around, but best of all, the roof looks fantastic! Thanks to all!

  Very nice and professional. Found him through ******, but my insurance agent had worked with him many times and would have referred him as well. Jim is very friendly and easy to work with, and the job was done quickly and clean-up was like they were never there. Highly recommend if you have a big or small job, you won't be disappointed either way!

  I was absolutely blown away my our experience with Merrick. Jim and his crew were very professional, thorough, communicative and did excellent work. Jim knew exactly what he was doing not only with the roof, but also walked us through every step of the way with the insurance company. Everything was done with excellent craftsmanship, on time and no hidden costs. The clean up was incredible. This truly is a business showcasing the best in professionalism, excellent work quality and ethics. I would unquestionably highly recommend using Merrick for all contracting needs. .

  Great Work! They dealt with my insurance company and made everything hassle free..They had the roof done in a day and the cleanup was very thorough. I would definitely recommend as they were recommended to me by a close friend!

   I had hail damage that I though required a new roof. I checked with BBB and found Jim M****** Construction in Florence Ky. The BBB showed a rating of AAA. This rating is very important to me. I readad reviews and called Jim for a roof inspection. He was over the next day and agreed damage was present. He helped me file a claim with my home owner insurance. After I filed the claim (over the phone with insurance) the insurance company sent a rep over the next day. Both the rep and Jim got on the roof and agreed the roof shingles needed to be replaced. Jim and his crew were on site in a couple of days. Everything was as Jim detailed about what would get done. His crew worked from about 7:00 AM until the job was finished around 7:00 PM. Everything went like clock work. The entire crew cleaned up the yard of all debris in fact it looked cleaner them when they first arrived. Jim is the nicest and most engaged with the roof replacement process. Very honest. We love our new roof and very happy we found Jim M******. Definitely recommend his services.
