      On the Order Form for the doctor to fax to your business there is no input box to annotate refills. There should be an extra column added on the form for the doctors to annotate how many refills. This has caused confusion in the past when submitting your required forms. I filled out the forms gave it to my doctor and he faxed it to your office. However he faxed it exactly the way I handed him the forms and since there is no specific box to indicate the number of refills required we will have to go through the entire process again next 90 days. I would give it a 5 star rating if not for that. It's an oversight on the Form requesting the specific prescriptions requested there is no place to annotate the number of refills.

      healthwarehouse.com was quick to help me with my first-time order. They even called my doctor's office, whom had doubts about the legality of 360 days worth of meds, to let them know about the legitimacy of the process.. Would definitely recommend them!

      Because I have not left my home in almost two years, I set up an account with HealthWarehouse.com and gave my payment method in signup. Without any orders, my Credit card is charged from CA. three times (and declined) and got marked as fraud. Once again, my card in use via the internet get hit with fraud. Health Warehouse was the first and only time I put the card to anyone. The charges hit due to the long banking weekend, 8/30 and 9/1 . 3 attempts to charge $79.xx. HealthWarehouse stated their system had no breach, and that the card was not in their system - no use or anything active. Sign-up asked for the payment method on sign up but they claimed it was not required and can be given on each order. Results: I have to wait another 30 days for a new card again.

      I am so very sorry this happened to you. I have checked everywhere there may have been an order placed and also confirmed with our accounting department, we have not made any charges to your card during the time started. We do not bill out of CA. We are located in the state of Kentucky. I am sorry this happened to you, but I can promise you that we did not charge your card, I am happy to hear that you are getting a replacement card issued. Hopefully your bank can help you locate who made the charges on your card and get that resolved.

      Healthwarehouse delivered again! I told my primary care physician that I needed refills, but she forgot to sent in the request. So, when I reordered, Healthwarehouse employees had to contact her. There was no delay in getting my refills. I also recently purchased some non-prescription items from them. Their prices are very competitive with other retailers. I am a very satisfied long time customer.
