      Healthwarehouse is a viable low cost source for prescriptions, but the processing time is unreasonably long. Do not expect the 1-5 days they claim. For example I have a script for a horse and they are going on 13 days to refill an existing script after paid for. I've called daily and explained the hardship and the need to ship ASAP and only received empty promises. When I send online requests for status updates, they **** my inquiries as 'resolved' with no written response. Healthwarehouse unilaterally is holding up delivery for almost 2 weeks and counting. I'm also learning they also have periods where they run low on various medications and don't communicate with you about the delays. You find out about it when the meds simply don't show up. If you call, they apologize and tell you what they can't do and make no effort to fix the problem. If you use them be certain to have an excess supply on hand at all times and make absolutely certain you have a backup at a local pharmacy because they will leave you hanging.

      I am so very sorry. There is no excuse for the delay in you receiving your order. We take pride in knowing that we care of our patients quickly and efficiently. We have let some of our patients down during the transition of implementing a new system. We take full ownership of the processing delays it has caused. We have been and will continue to be a pharmacy with full transparency. Even when we are at fault. I am terribly sorry for this delay. Upon further investigation, I see you spoke with a manager and they are getting this shipped out to you today via *** NEXT DAY AIR. I will be following up with you personally to ensure you have received your tracking information. I hope you will allow us another opportunity in the future to show you why we are  Trusted Americas online Pharmacy.

      I am a new customer, and I was impressed with my experience. The customer service rep made me feel welcome and made ordering my meds very easy. The price was still reasonable and it came fairly quickly. Looking forward to continuing business with Healthwarehouse.

      Everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional. This was my first order with a new prescription. It took a little longer than I hoped, I'm sure refills will be faster.

      Health Warehouse is always one of the most reasonable places to get RX's from and has great customer service. We have been using them for years.
