    Contacted Lowes for a water heater installation and they had Michael Payne call me to discuss the size, warranty and cost of a new water heater. After we agreed on the exact one, he told me the date and time of when he would arrive and he did just that. I was completely satisfied with the installation and was impressed with his knowledge and professional attitude. I would highly recommend him for any future work.

    Got via Lowes ruined my floor in 2/23 installing a dishwasher in bad faith has still not bothered to resolve the matter. Damage to my floor cost triple the dishwasher.

    I purchased a dishwasher from ***** (Lithonia, Georgia) and they referred me to Crume Installations for the install. The company came out and installed my dishwasher and within a week my power went out on my dishwasher and Gabage disposal. I called to have it corrected and the tech they sent out called complaining before even getting to my house to see what was wrong. Very poor customer service. He came out and refused to fix the problem. I called the supervisor and the supervisor was just as rude. He refused to even come out to see what the problem was. Before using their service my garbage disposal was fine. After installing the dishwasher all of it stopped. I have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed because this company refused to come back out. STAY AWAY from this company. Very bad service.

    ***** just lost a good customer because of Crume installations. Their customer service and scheduling practices are terrible. After a week of waiting, I had to call Lowe’s and wait on hold for over an hour to tell me that the contractor Crume Installations would call to schedule by Friday. Then I get a text message that they were going to install my dishwasher on a date that and time that conflicts with my schedule. I called to change the date and nobody could verify a day or time and said they call me back to confirm. I’m not dealing with this type of customer service. You want to come to my house and install an appliance then you can can schedule with me over the phone when I call instead of texting me when you’re going to be here. I will youtube installation and save me the headache of dealing with such an unprofessional company!

    We had a terrific experience with your installer, Josh Armstrong, today. He called us at 10:40 to acknowledge that the end of our install window was approaching, and confirm that his arrival was imminent. Josh arrived shortly thereafter, and was professional and pleasant throughout the installation, giving me clear explanations when I asked questions. He also made a recommendation for how to go about fixing my water shutoff valve, which had corroded. I especially appreciated that Josh was kind to my elderly dog (who frequently wandered over to check on the progress), and apologetic when he had to wheel the new dishwasher across our floors with damp dolly wheels (luckily, the floors were already dirty, and I had planned to clean them after the installation). Josh cleaned up carefully under my sink and in the cabinetry after installing and took away all the rubbish. It was an easy and pleasant installation experience - would highly recommend Josh Armstrong for any future installation.

    Hired to install a patio door. It's been improperly installed over the old frame which looks terrible and voided the manufacturer's warranty.

    ZERO STARS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. 6PM NO WORD ABOUT MY DISHWASHER. I CALLED MY LOCAL LOWES AND THE MANAGER SAID THEY CALLED ME AT 5:30 AND COULDN'T LEAVE A VOICEMAIL. MY INSTAL TIME WAS 9AM AND NOON. SO THAT'S CRAP! I HAD MY PHONE IN MY HAND WAITING ALL DAY AND NOTHING HAPPENED. THE MANGER CALLED ME BACK AND I PICKED RIGHT UP BECAUSE IT RANG. THIS COMPANY IS BOGUS AND I HOPE I NEVER HAVE THEM TOUCH MY APPLIANCES AGAIN. DON'T USE A COMPANY THAT USES THEM.

    I was to have an installation of a dishwasher on 1-10-23. I took time off of work and then nothing. No calls, texts, emails. NOTHING. I called Crume for an update, and again NOTHING. They don't know what happened and I frankly don't care. I asked for a full refund and they lied to the sale person that I wanted to reschedule. I would be cautioned to use this company because they do not care for you or anyone.

    Scheduling was such a nightmare that I gave up. Lowes even tried to help. After 6 calls, I gave up and returned dishwasher to Lowe’s. The people answering the phone are not helpful at all.
