    J&L Medical Services has consistently and frustratingly let me down as a customer. I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and have been using a CPAP machine for around 10 years; over that timeframe, J&L Medical Services has been nearly impossible to reach, as I end up on hold for hours, have the call dropped while one hold, and experience unacceptable wait times to receive my needed medical equipment. My CPAP helps me avoid life-threatening medical outcomes, like a heart attack, and it is unethical (WRONG!!) and bad business for this company to operate with such truly terrible logistics, customer service, and medical care. Shame on you and do better, J&L Medical Services.
