    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the living conditions at Hillview Apartments and the lack of response from management regarding ongoing issues with cockroaches. Despite several attempts to contact management, the problem remains unresolved, and it is becoming increasingly intolerable.
    Over the past few months, I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with the apartment management regarding a severe cockroach infestation in my unit. I have called the office numerous times, but it is rare to get anyone to answer the phone. On the few occasions when I have managed to speak with someone, I was assured that pest control would be sent to address the issue. However, the cockroach problem persists, and no effective measures seem to have been taken.
    Additionally, visiting the management office in person has been equally frustrating. There is never anyone present in the office to address tenant concerns. I have left multiple messages both in person and over the phone, but there has been no follow-up or any meaningful response to my complaints.
    Living with a cockroach infestation is not only unpleasant but also poses a health risk. It is unacceptable that the management at Hillview Apartments has been so unresponsive and neglectful in addressing this serious issue. I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this problem and to improve communication and responsiveness to tenant concerns.

    The apartments in Glasgow, KY named Hillview on Shalimar Drive are absolutely horrible. The management is never there or reachable unless collecting money. The maintenance man tries his best, but is given no support. The floors are cheap linoleum that are torn, the carpet is industrial tile carpet, yes water is included in rent because there are no dishwashers, no washer hook up and not even a sprayer on kitchen sink. No ceiling fans, dumpster always overflowing, limited lighting at night creating safety issues. Walls are painted institutional gray, many units have no deadbolts, grass is never cut, stairwells are nasty. The road and parking lot is not maintained, holes that damage wheels and trash all over. There are many other apartment complexes locally for same rent that offer so much more, newer and safer. The Glasgow Police are called to apartment so much, they need a sub-station on site. No closet doors in many units, numerous water leaks and impossible to reach assistance. Jail is almost a better accommodation.
