    ***** ****** owner of Craig V. Homes, began building our home in the early fall of 2023. He has taken all draws from the bank - with the exception of the last draw - and still owes the cabinet maker, electrician, excavator, finishers, and probably more subcontractors money. We have requested invoices numerous times to which he ignores and has never provided. His subcontractors did a subpar job. He inflates prices to fit his malicious, self serving intentions. After firing him over a week ago (and 16 months of still not having a livable home because we have no septic system in place), we made a final request for repayment of our personal money spent on tile, flooring, and countertops, and he still has not responded. He has misappropriated funds and committed fraud for which we will be taking legal action unless repayment is made. This is a warning to all who consider doing business with him.

    I am rejecting this response because ***** ***** of Craig V Homes has not responded to numerous requests to meet, as he promised, to reconcile the $ with us and amicably resolve the $60,000+ he has taken for construction of our home as bank draws and not paid subcontractors as today's date. It is fraudulent and will be persued criminally unless payment is made.
