    Mr. ***** was contracted to build our dream home. After 18 months the home is not finished. He has been terminated and we are finding out he failed to pay the subcontractors and collected the allowances without delivering on the final product. As for the finished product, we have had to repair dry wall, flooring, and tile due to poor finish work.
    Doesn't even deserve the 1 star.
    We are pursuing criminal and civil charges for fraud.
    Stay away, as far as possible from this builder.

    Craig V Homes, LLC is a company that is diligent and committed to their client. My experience with Craig V Homes has been wonderful. They are timely and organized. They are always attentive to questions and needs I have for the process of the build of my home. They are thorough and open about adjustments that need to be made throughout the process. The company's commitment to integrity is truly unmatched. Building a new home was a new experience for me; however the owner, Blain, and his team always helped me feel at ease and kept me informed explaining every step of the process. The price for the build of my new home was also a competitive price as a beautiful home like they built for me could have been charged double the price. Craig V Homes is integral, realistic about their prices, and keeping within my budget. If someone complains about the price of building a new home the client is not realistic about what it cost for a new home build. Craig V Homes prices were thorough and I knew where every dollar of my money was going to in the build of my new home! Thank you Craig V Homes, LLC you have built more than a home for me, you have given me memories that I will have for years to come! Craig V Homes, LLC is the builder to select!

    Craig V Homes, LLC is a great company! Outstanding customer service, personable service, and gracious guidance through the process of a new home build. The owner, Blain, is always available to answer questions and guides through the process of building with efficacy and integrity. Innovate modern ideas with their clients in mind all the way through! Craig V Homes, LLC is a phenomenal choice for new home builds.

    Unable to finish project with Blain, CVH. Poor communication, total lack of communication at times. Contractor made a majority of the decisions with no input from us, the homeowner. Found out about tens of THOUSANDS of dollars of overages months after the fact on items that were not based on our selections. Blain points to his contracted bid cost as "just an estimate" using estimate software that is significantly off and/or he isn't able to stay within the budget. Very poor worksmanship on aspects of the build that Craig V Homes actually did. Had to redo all drywall and address multiple other areas. Would not recommend Blain, Craig V Homes for any work.
