      I never like having to leave negative reviews; however, this one was necessary. I have been a customer since March of 2025. During this time, I've requested a copy of my lease several times via email, but it was never provided to me. I have also had issues with additional "club fees" being charged to my account. I was forced to pay my rental fee, including the "club fee," which I was unaware of until I had to start questioning them via email. After several emails, they finally stated that it was due to insurance, which I already have. They would also send me threatening emails and notices left at my door, despite my prompt payments and communication. It took me three months to have the extra fees removed from my account (I still have not been credited back), and now they have disabled my online account without notifying me first, and then proceeded to inform me that they do not wish to do business with me moving forward. In my personal experience with this business, I have found them to be shady. When they send emails, they never include a signature, even though I have requested to know who I'm speaking with, they never disclose it.

      The company never provided me with a signed lease and they owe me money for fees that they hid from me or made me pay with my weekly lease payments. I had them pickup their merchandise last Saturday and requested a copy of the lease I signed, however, the delivery guys tried to give me a lease that was typed up and was not the original lease I signed.

      My name is **** ****** and I am the Operations director for Bolin Rental Purchase. There are a few things that Mrs ***** has not included in her comments that I would like to address. I have attached a copy of her signed lease. Mrs. ***** got upset with our company for blocking her ability to pay online. What she fails to include here is that she was not paying her payments on time ever, she was not following her obligations that she signed for in her contract. She would never communicate with the staff to let them know when she planned to pay, and she always paid online so that she could pay a payment short of what was actually due. Also she fails to mention that she signed up for auto pay and funds were never available on the auto pay dates that she had set up. Therefore our company blocked her ability to pay online so that she would have to communicate with our store and pay the proper amount due on her agreement to continue renting. She also fails to mention that she called and spoke to my sales leader on May 15th. My sales leader is of Philipino decent and Mrs. ***** showed racists actions toward my sales leader by mocking her in her philipino accent to the point of bringing my sales leader to tears. Mrs. ***** fails to mention that everytime she spoke to one of my employees she screamed at them calling them Mother Fkers and peons. She fails to mention that she called us in what seemed to be a drunken state and could not comunicate with anyone professionally. Mrs. ***** fails to mention that she was asked by me personally to provide proof that my staff made negative reviews against her business. The reason she could not produce this proof is because there was no merit in her accusations. When I asked her to provide proof  of these accusations to me she became inraged at me and started her normal cursing and calling me the same names and such. She cursed me so much that I hung up on her. She called me back three times in a row back to back cursing me again and again until the last time I told her if she called me back I would press harrassment charges against her. This customer is not able to hold a professional intelligent conversation with anyone. For these reasons we picked up our merchandise from her and told her she could not ever do business with us again. We stand by this decision and will not adjust or refung any monies to ******************************* wishes to contact me and have a professional inteligent conversation I would gladly do so. I also have recorded conversations to proof what I am saying. I will attach these to the BBB email as they would not let me attach them to this response.

      I want to start by making a clear statement: I have never discriminated against anyone. These statements from the Operations Manager are false. 
      As I have previously mentioned, I had been requesting a copy of my lease for the entire time I had the merchandise; however, no one presented one to me via email as I had requested. A copy was not uploaded to the portal where I made my payments. When I scheduled the merchandise to be picked up, the delivery driver tried to give me a draft of a contract, which was not the original and did not have my signature. At that time, I declined to receive a false copy of my contract.
      Regarding anytime I was "late," Bolin kept adding extra charges for insurance in which I kept disputing and requesting that those charges be adjusted off. The reason why I wanted those additional charges for insurance adjusted off was that I provided Bolin with my renters insurance at the time I rented the property via email, yet they kept charging them to my account, and I had to pay the weekly charges with those EXTRA charges they were charging my account. The only time I was "late" paying on my account was when I had not even received the merchandise and they were calling me repeatedly,different people each time, about making payments when I had not received the merchandise, as Bolin did not order the correct set that I had on my rental contract.
      Please note that Bolin has numerous employees start calling you ON the due date, continually regarding making your payment. I believe that should not be allowed. If a customer is day late, give them courteous call, ONE call,not back-to-back calls.
      In the end, I never received a refund for the payments that Bolin demanded me to pay when I did not even have the merchandise in my possession. Nor did I receive a full credit for the extra charges that were charged to my account, that I was forced to pay.
      I want to know why they never sent me a copy of my *********** was easy enough for you to attached it this complaint yet for three months of me requesting it via email and phone calls, you never sent it to me.Why was that? I felt like you were preventing me from knowing exactly what the contract said.

      I want a refund for the weeks I paid before receiving the merchandise, the week rental to be waived because of them not ordering the correct set as is in my rental agreement, and all the extra fees I was charged that were not refunded to me.
      I would like a formal apology from Bolin Rentals for having someone post a false review on my business page.

      I was wondering why this compliant was reopened after the business did not respond until after 6.14.25 in which BBB had officially closed it on that date.
