      My daughter rented a tv from them and the tv stopped working they came and picked up the tv to be fixed left a loaner which was fine now they’ve had the tv going on all of 3 months remind you the tv has been paid off since in their possession and I still haven’t received my tv they brought out another loaner the same size as the tv that was paid off and it didn’t work either so and I’m still without the said tv that has been paid off then when asked to give her at least a wk free off her rental agreement I was told by associate Ishiah that he couldnt accomadate what i was asking even tho i still dont have the tv that was paid off We will not be renting anything else from them so if u need anything id advise you not to go there because if it messes up you wont get your original merchandise back which is sad and bad for business on there end

      They are horrible. They threaten with the district attorney's office every time they call for a payment.

      God forbid you do not call and make that payment as soon as you open your eyes Saturday. They start blowing your phone up with texts and calls by the afternoon. I JUST got out of the hospital with a now heart condition do you think Bolin cares? No all they said was “oh I need $28 today to get that taken care of”. One my couch is paid for I will NEVER rent from this heart less company again! Y’all are RIDICULOUS and are worse than debt collectors over a one day missed payment like good lord!

      This company is a joke. They are rude. Continue to harrass me,calling,txt from not only business phones but personal phones as well. Threatening to come pick up my furniture when I have one final payment left. And my bill wasn't due till the 3rd of the month asked for an extension to the 15th, they said no. Now today is the 16th and they still are calling, txt and harassing me. Now I stated I'll be in before the 30th. Now they are threatening to pick my couch up.The manager Tim B***** and Josh are so unprofessional.

      This company I have paid of furniture too for the past 2 years yes here and there I have been max not even a week late and they are constantly calling and threatening me even though I have paid monthly payments on a biweekly payments totaling 354 a month before taxes yet I made in a month in a half 854 dollars in payments in a kk th in a half how am I late? Makes no sense to me so I call a sister store and they told me I should be good until the 27 and the owner finally calls me back and basically says I'm wrong like are you serious I have receipts he literally laughed in my face then a proceeded to tell me his employees are not threatening me even though he wasn't on the call lol funny how that works not to mention I got a computer on a Friday installed it on a Saturday and magically on a Sunday when the store was closed 5k was stolen out of the accounts I had connected to my computer I though was safe they failed to factory reset a computer his own employee said was purchased by another person and returned the very next day I don't accuse anyone but June of 2020 his own employee CODY decided to run my debit card without authorization and I wasn't even on autopay ILLEGAL I finally had a chance to speak to this man and guess what did not want to do anything about the problem I may pay max a week late but I pay and they will ok a date and retract JOHN DEROBA STUART AND CHRIS B**** ARE FRAUDS money hungry individuals that will fraud you I have until the 27 per their store in Clarksville to pay I PAY MONTHLY PAYMENTS ON A BIWEEKLY ACCOUNT I'm going to the feds with this
