1 star**(PLUMB-TITE) has employees that prey on UNKNOWLEDGEABLE, ELDERLY Women!! who live ALONE! The Technician took advantage of me, by OVER-PRICING, and purposely NOT FINISHING hoping that he could turn a 1 -Days repair into a SECOND CONTRACT, where he could ask for another FEE of $1200. I did not know that I was not to PAY him until after my UTILITY COMPANY COMES TO INSPECT & give approval that the work was completed, so that the UTILITY CO. can turn my GAS back on! I have been 2 1/2 month without HOT WATER!! **(**** ** ******* ****) Is the Service Referral Service that used to find PLUMB-TITE, they have a (Guarantee) against BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES, but they say even though the Technician DID NOT finish the job, they CANNOT help me because, They say I used a THIRD PARTY SEARCH ENGINE to lookup ****!!! They DO NOT HONOR Customers who may have used ****** SEARCH TO FIND their business ONLINE! I am very ANGRY & DISTRAUGHT, these (2) Companies are COLD & CALLOUS to the harm done to me!!Review fromCatherine J

1 starI called Plumb Tite to fix a broken septic system pipe. They were vey professional but led me to believe the job would take all day. The estimate and quote were over $4,000. they came to replace a piece of the pipe and brought a back hoe to dig. They were here less than 3 hours and still wanted the $4,000, telling me that my approval of the quote was a contract. If you look up the definition of estimate or quote, those words are not considered written in stone. They threatened to put a lien on my house if I did not pay. They then offered me a discount of $600 which I thought was not enough. The discount was contingent on my signing a disclosure agreeing to not disparage them in any way. I did not accept the discount as my silence was not for sale. Beware when using them that you will be charged for the estimate even if the job takes 5 minutes.Review fromVicki S

5 starsI arranged for a plumber from Plum Tite to come to my home in February to repair a leak in my furnace (causing much water build-up). The technician sent was named Tim. This guy was fantastic. He called before he arrived (as promised) and was extremely professional and polite. He explained, each step of the way, the problem and the repair solution as well as the expense involved. I had him repair everything. In addition to the repair, he vacuumed up all the water sitting in the pan. He noticed my drain was clogged and offered to unclog it as well. Tim went far beyond the call of duty and is an excellent representation for Plumb Tite. For this he gets an "Atta Boy!"Review fromFrank M

John responded to my service call. I called early in the morning and he was here and done by lunch time. Very professional and knowledgeable. I liked that he put on shoe protectors at the door and was careful to keep things clean as he worked. The repair required a new disposal which he had on the truck. He also looked at a couple other plumbing issues I had and made good recommendations. He provided the exact cost of each repair before starting the job and overall it was a very pleasant experience. We are new to the area, but we have found our plumbing solution for future needs. If John is representative of their service staff, I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience with this company. The scheduled time quickly to provide an estimate. Their cost was on point, nothing inflated. When I decided to hire them the to do the work, they scheduled quickly. The technician was pleasant, on-time and left the area where he worked immaculate. He replaced a flange and some pipes under an existing toilet (which had to be reseated after work was complete.) He even brought a special treat for my dog knowing she'd be there when he returned to do the work. I especially appreciated that they sent me a photo of who to expect. I've not experienced that before and thought it was nice touch that showed they were prudent about the safety of both their employees and their customers. I would definitely recommend and will use this company for our plumbing needs in the future.Plumb Tite, LLC

5 starsDustin installed a tankless water heater. He did a fantastic job. I can’t say enough good things about him. Professional, Polite, Funny. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I believe the reason why Plumbtite is so successful is because they hire such fantastic people to represent them. 5 starsPlumb Tite has been my go-to resource for plumbing-related issues. I've been using them for the past few years in my private residence and my rental unit. I like the fact that there is no service charge. More importantly, they are very professional. They show up when scheduled, which is important for my busy schedule. I have not had a plumbing problem yet that they weren't able to take care of. If there's a way that I can save money, they will let me know instead of adding tasks that I really don't need.
