      I made two purchases from this company. The first was on July 23, 2022 for $240 dollars and the second was August 13 for $393 dollars. I have purchased from them many times in the past and it has taken a long time to get merchandise but they would respond when I emailed. I have been trying for over a month to see why my items have not shipped since it says they have finished processing.

      Placed order #***** on August 27, 2022 for custom paint-by-number kit and paid $47 via ******* Received order acknowledgment, but to date no product and no response to emails via web site, the only means of contact. I have ordered several times from this company before and been satisfied, though delivery is always very slow. This time I want a refund and will no longer do business with this company.

      Ordered item and received confirmation. Next email from them said the order had processed and I would receive text when it was shipped. It has been a month since that notification and Ihaven’t heard from them. I have sent numerous messages to them but they do not respond. There is no number to call.

      I ordered a paint by number kit form Easy123Art on 8/2/2022. My credit card was immediately processed for $67.00 and I received an immediate response that my order had been received and processed via order #94714. I have not yet received even though the web site states within 2 weeks. I sent a complaint to the company via email to [email protected] and replied to the email received ([email protected]) on 9/22. Their form on their website to contact them does not work. I desire a status update and the product within the next 2 weeks. If not, I want my credit card reimbursed for the $67.00.

      Ordered a custom paint by number piece on 8-17-22. Paid $67 for the kit & received an email on the same day my order was placed. The email read that order had been processed and I was even given an order number (order #*****) I have not yet received my order. There is no form of package tracking or company contact. The only "contact us" page provides is a form to fill out that gets you nowhere. Additionally, when I tried to login to my account, my email address was not recognized as a user. I've attempted multiple times to contact the company and have gotten nowhere. Typically I'd be far more patient with ordering and receiving something customized, however finding the reviews and now knowing multiple people were being scammed caused me to try to take action sooner. Overall, very disappointing. I'm hoping there is something BBB can do considering this is not rare with Easy123Art.

      I ordered two paint-by-number kits from Easy 123 Art online on July 19, 2022 in the amount of $62.00. I received an acknowledgement of my credit card purchase and was informed that orders are usually shipped within 7-10 days, but I have received nothing. I have sent four email inquiries to the company using the reply function to that initial confirmation, as well as to the service center and through the Help function of the website, with no reply to any of them. I searched the company and see that the BBB has had numerous similar complaints so I am adding mine to them. I have informed my credit card company of this problem and am awaiting their response. I appreciate any information you can provide. (The company website appears legitimate and they took my payment almost immediately. I am afraid they are continuing to scam people.)
