    Prestige Services did my fence on November 28th.
    Messaged the owner have someone come and look at it MONTHS ago and no one ever came. Went to his Facebook page to get his attention and he blocked me. Fence is still standing thanks to me.

    Installation Issues:
    Only 1 nail was used at the top, middle and bottom of each 8ft boards. A quick ****** search taught me that most respectable builders will use 3 nails at the top, middle and bottom to preserve the integrity and shape of the boards. This seems to be a common issue with Prestige.
    I’ve had to screw most boards because the nails they used were not enough, many came off lose and there were at least 30% of the boards that were missing a nail somewhere (lack of care and attention).

    My fence is also 8ft tall and there’s no support at the top. Another quick ****** search taught me that there should be support all the way to the top and there should be no more that 2-3 inches from the top without structural support but my fence goes a good 20 inches from the top with no support so EVERY SINGLE “dog ear board top” is bending in a different direction.

    About 30% boards have rotten and are missing pieces or are cracked so this whole fence might need to be replaced before the year mark.
    The gate bent and sagged within days, I had to purchase a wheel to make it work for now.

    Running a business with no labor guarantee should not be permitted. The customer should have a reasonable period of time to complain about bad work to have it fixed. They should be fined for the way they conduct business and how they’re stealing hard earned money from people with their lies, deceit and non existent customer service.

    I’ll never support a company where you call and no one comes, 0/10 in service. 3 neighbors have asked me who did my fence and I already showed them why they should call someone else.

    I want my money back so I can rebuild the fence with a real contractor that actually cares about quality and it’s customers.

    We did build a fence for her but we advised against 8ft tall because she is in the top of a cliff with major winds. 

    We have had severe state of emergency storms this past spring and that is what has taken its toll on her fence. 

    She chose the cheapest she could find and this isn’t some 5k-10k fence like we usually build.

    She didn’t buy a warranty and she only paid $600 for labor and $600 for materials. 

    We did agree to look at her fence and possibly fix it but then she went on social media and caused us to lose almost 20k worth of work by harrassing our customers and contacting them individually to bash our name . 

    We documented everything for our records. 

    She opted out of the warranty and we are not responsible for storm damage. This is an insurance claim matter ma’am.

    In December 2023, I hired ******* with Prestige Services to install a picture frame type privacy fence made of cedar wood. The agreed price was $1200. He installed a dog eared privacy fence made of pine pickets. He refused to acknowledge that he installed the incorrect type of fence. I paid him anyway because I thought that I had received a good fence for the money. Within the first month, the fence gate started sagging and became loose from the post. I contacted ******* and after several attempts to contact him, he finally returned my message. He was rude with me, but said he would look at it. He came and repaired
    the gate and said that he fixed it. He did repair some of it but it did not fix the issue. When I contacted him about it again, I sent him photos of the gate. It took several times again before he responded, he accused me of lying and sending pictures of the original problem, even though the photos were date stamped. The gate is now sagging and dragging against the driveway causing more damage to the gate from the pressure. I tried contacting him on Facebook,along with more photos asking him to come repair the fence. I left a post on his business page with photos. He deleted the post and then blocked me. He has deleted all negative posts from his ******** page so that only positive reviews are shown and that potential customers can not see his bad work projects and refusal to stand behind his work. I now have a fence and gate that is less than 6 months old and I am now going to have to pay another company to come and repair his mistake because he refuses to correct his work errors. Because the gate is dragging against my concrete, I am also going to have to repair where the gate has damaged the concrete. He is a horrible business owner that takes your money, gives you a subpar product and refuses to fix his errors. As you can see on the other reviews on this site, he has done this to other customers as well.
