  This company we found on Facebook marketplace. Spoke to the man several times he had severe communication issues. He knew that the job was an hour and a half away multiple weeks before the job actually started. He was supposed to start the job on May 20 of this year he told us he would be there in the morning, communicated with my husband at 8 o'clock in the morning told him he was loading the truck and would be there around 10 o'clock. Then message my husband at 10:54 AM didn't even have the decency to call just message told my husband he wasn't taking the job because the job was too far away even though he knew where the job was and agreed to it several weeks before. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  Y’all did my fence a few months ago and it looks horrible. Messaged to have someone come and look at it MONTHS ago and no one ever came.
  I had to screw most boards cause the nails y’all use were not enough, many came off lose and there were at least 30% of the boards that were missing a nail somewhere (lack of care and attention). My fence is also 8ft tall and there’s no support at the top where all pickets are bending.
  Some of the bad quality boards have rotten and are falling apart so I’ve had to change 3 and will have to change some more before the fence is even 1 yr old.
  The gate bent and sagged at month 1, something else I had to fix on my own. The only reason the fence is still looking ok at 6 months is all the work and extra money I’ve put into it, AT 6 MONTHS!!!
  I’ll never support a company where you call and no one comes, 0/10 in service. 3 neighbors have asked me who did my fence and I already showed them why they should call someone else.
  Thanks for nothing.

  Adsolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. Brandon was unprofessional in just about everyway. Called got a price on rear covered deck he gave me options and we agreed on the price. The moment I paid the deposit and demo fee things went downhill fast. Instead of owning up to what he said he decided to blame me. Called me rude and disrespectful for quesitoning him on what he said. Resorted to name calling and unprofessionalism once he knew I wasn't going to crumble.
  I find it completely amazing with the business ethics like that, there still in business. I am happy things ended up the way they did and it was discovered how poorly this business is managed. How weak there customer service is before they really got started and had me over the barrell.
  I wouldn't deal with these people again for anything, I would litterly live under a tree first!!!!!

  I recently hired Prestige Services to construct a new deck, fence, and gazebo on my property, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with their work. From the initial consultation to the final product, everything was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. The team was always on time, respectful, and communicative throughout the process.
  The finished products look stunning. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and would highly recommend this business to anyone looking to update their outdoor living space.
  Overall, I had a great experience working with this business and would give them a solid 5-star rating. Thank you for your hard work!

  I’m so disappointed in Brandon. He was so nice in the beginning. The privacy fence install went fine but when it comes the the double gate they installed, that didn’t go well. I sent him several messages and they were ignored. He finally responded and when I explained what I needed him to fix he went radio silent. From then on my messages wouldn’t send. So I posted my concerns on his FB page and I was blocked within the hour. They installed my gate incorrectly and now I have to find someone that can fix their mistakes. For this reason they get 1 star. Very disappointed.

  I can not express how deeply disappointed and frustrated I am with Prestige Services and the quality of privacy fence they installed for me. We bought a new-build home, and there was as a cable wire running from the house to the pole that was clearly marked with flags. Brandon’s team cut this wire, threw some duct tape around it, and kicked a pile of dirt and leaves over the portion they taped so I wouldn’t notice. When I found and asked about it, I was lied to. Brandon pushed blame off and that it wasn’t their fault. Next, I noticed that instead of a post being erected next to my garage to attach the fence to, they drilled a 2x4 INTO my garage and attached the fence to it. Within 3 months several planks had busted loose from the subpar fashion they were secured to the frame of the fence, and a WHOLE SIDE of the fence fell, coming totally unrooted from the ground concrete and all. It was then that we noticed the posts were barely 1ft in the ground and barely had concrete around the posts. I contacted Brandon again, and all blame was blatantly refuted but I was informed they’d come back out and fix that side of the fence for a fee. I agreed, and asked more than once about when he was available to come back out and fix the fence. I have still not received a response, and that was a month ago. We’ve since had two separate contractors come out to check out the fence, and both agreed that we got totally scammed. Upon further inspection, none of the posts are put far enough into the ground, the installation is shoddy and unappealing at best, and there is hardly any concrete around many of the posts. Additionally, some posts don’t have concrete around them at all. Both contractors agreed it’s a matter of time until the rest of the post comes down. So here we are, out over 3k and having to repair a BRAND NEW fence ourselves, or pay to have a whole new fence put in. I can not warn you all away enough, please use ANYONE besides Brandon and Prestige Services.

  I had a 6’ privacy fence put up. As did my next door neighbor. I was going to have surgery the next day and could not be here so a friend of mine stayed to oversee the work. The fence was put up and each board had one screw at the top one in the middle and one on the bottom. When I questioned him about it, he said one screw was just fine. Even I know there are supposed to be two at the top two in the middle and two at the bottom. But he refused to come back and put more screws in each of the boards. The bottom of the gate is cut very uneven and when I questioned him about it, he said well, it’s not that uneven. I said well it is to the paying customer! He was not concerned at all. There’s a section of the fence that the bottom boards were not cut evenly. My friend showed me a video that she took of them while they were working and he did not measure the boards. In the video he just put the board on his knee and cut it. So no wonder the boards were uneven Several of the boards are cracked and split. My neighbors fence is not much better. When he put up my neighbors fence, he left all the dirt piles in MY yard. When he cut the top of the four by fours off of my neighbors fence he left them all in MY yard. I had a container behind my shed that I used to put winter yard decorations in. He took that container put concrete in it. Not just in it but on top of my decorations. And then left that container in my neighbors yard. It was so heavy from the concrete. My neighbor could not even move it. When I went to put yard waste in my yard waste can he had filled it to the top with wood and concrete. There was an 80 pound bag of concrete in my yard waste container. It was so heavy I could not move it. He has refused to contact me or my neighbor. He was very rude via text. I would never recommend him or his services to anyone I know . Now that I have healed from my surgery, I am going to have to rebuild my gate and fix the fence myself.

  They do really great work and are very affordable! They are being given bad reviews by disgruntled sales employee that has several online profiles and it isn't fair because they do a good job for a reasonable price. Talk to them yourself and you will see that not all reviews are created equal!!

  This is not work quality related. I contacted him to put up a privacy fence and a covered deck on the front of my house. We were in constant contact. I gave him measurements and he gave me quotes and told me to ket him know asap when I was wanting it done. I said I had to get the money and I'd let him know when I got it. Now that I'm getting the money he won't contact me. He's blocked my phone number, blocked me from messaging him on messenger, blocked me from his personal page, and won't even reply to my emails. I really don't know what I did to make him do all that. I'm bummed, because I really wanted him to do the work. He was the cheapest by far. Maybe it was a blessing, seeing how the only other review he's received was a bad one.
