    I am a legally disabled person. I let Allie know this before starting her course. When I started her course, I found that I could not access the course in the same way a normal person could. I have a slow processing speed and have trouble understanding language sometimes. The course is all prerecorded videos, and I just could not understand them given my disability.
    I let Allie know this was happening and I was crying through the support calls while they tried to help me. Since this is an ADA issue, and I cannot access the course it the way a normal person could I asked for a refund...which they said no to.
    The course was 8k. I am devastated I cannot take the course. I would love to participate but cannot due to my disability. She said she cannot refund for any reason even for an ADA issue.
    I think this is disgusting and illegal. She should be ashamed of herself. This is also in violation of the law.

    I would give less than one star if I could. I had an interview with the someone named Tara who looked like she just woke up and was completely unprepared. Prior to that, they made me go through all these hoops of filling out forms and submitting videos. All automated junk, no real person involved. Then Tara arrived late to a Zoom media and definitely had an attitude like she was better than anyone else. Super arrogant and unprofessional. Hung up on me on a Zoom call. I would not trust this company with anything.
