      I have been contacted several times by Credit Solutions about a debt owed.! I do not have any outstanding bad debts.
      I have told them four times that I am not the person that they are looking, just because my name is ****** ******** they have the wrong person! spoke with ******** she is very rude, I tried to tell her that I have not received any correspondence from them in the mail, she swears that I am the person (****** ******** that they are looking for!
      I want Credit Solution to be sure that they have the right person before they start to harass me for a debt that I do not owe! I have no idea of owing any money to anyone or any business. she will not tell me the name of the business, or the amount owed.
      I want the harassment to stop NOW!

      I thoroughly apologize for any misconduct on behalf of our company as that is not how we operate. We pulled the call logs pertaining to your account and I want to note that ******* was not the representative that you had the issue with. The employee in question was another lady. We have taken appropriate action to correct the behavior.

      I do believe the frustration that you feel along with our staff is that the federal government has put restrictions on us as an industry on what information we can release prior to verifying that we are speaking to the correct person. This is not a Credit Solutions rule, this is the government. The two restricted laws are HIPAA and FDCPA. As a company that is trying to help folks resolve accounts it is often a sticking point. I encourage you to review our website for legitimacy in order for you to feel more comfortable with our company.

      Clients (hospitals and physician groups) hire us to resolve accounts receivables issues that consumers may be having. Our position and goal is to help you. I cannot apologize enough for your inconvenient previous experience but I can reassure you that we have an entire department of professionals ready to speak with you and help you. 

      You can reach us during normal business hours and request to speak to one of our managers; ***** **** ******* ** ****. I can assure you that you will have a pleasant experience this time around.

      STOP CALLING ME. This place is a scam. They never state what company they are calling with. When you call back their number it does not state their company name, it throws you into a queue and the same UNPROFESSIONAL, ARGUMENTATIVE man always answers the phone. He is a scammer looking for your money.

      I have stated several times on their “recorded line” not to contact me, put me on their do not call list, and to leave me alone.

      CONSIDER THIS MY WRITTEN RESPONSE TO CEASE AND DESIST FROM CONTACTING ME IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM.

      If “Credit Solutions” continues to contact me I will be contacting my attorney and filing a complaint with legal repercussion for Credit Solutions.

      ENOUGH.

      DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR SCAM.

      I will consider what I deem to be ANY argumentative or unprofessional replies from Credit Solutions to be going against my request to cease and desist and I will be taking legal action.

      The only response to this post that I will find acceptable and will not pursue legal action for, should be that they acknowledge what I said and that they will stop contacting me.

      We will NOT be contacting you regarding your legitimate account mentioned in this complaint any further, pursuant to FDCPA law. I would also like to educate you on the consequences of making defamatory remarks towards a reputable and honest company. Libel and Slander are both suable offenses within the law.

      Slander is defamation that occurs in the oral form, rather than written form. Libel is defamation in written form. Defamation is the action of damaging the good reputation of someone. Accusing Credit Solutions of being a scam would be an example of that. We provide a necessary service for our clients and consumers alike. 

      No response required on your part.

      They call me asking for someone who has never had this number and lie about it. One lady even said horrible stuff about my mom while talking like a small child. Very odd

      I have reviewed the recording of the calls and I am a bit surprised that Mr. ******* would take the time to make a complaint against us since the conversation was one sided with Mr. ******* being the abuser and harassing our employees to the point of using obscenities and name calling. It would be embarrassing to Mr. ******* if I attached the recording.

      We noted that we contacted the wrong number and placed the phone number in a do not call status however Mr. ******* continued to call our business and harass our staff taking them away from important work. There was never any mention of anyone's mother and no one spoke to him in a childlike voice. Absolute lies that can be proven through each and every recording.

      If anyone needs to be apologizing it should be Mr. ******* but we would much prefer to never hear from him again so we are requesting, officially, that Mr. ******* never calls our office again or we will consider it harassment.
