      I just got sent a bill from them stating I owe a service from WakeMed health and hospitals and I just doubled checked that I paid my co payment - I went to my patient portal for my 10/03/23 appointment and my card # plus the amount is stated on there . How can I go about getting them to stop sending and taking this off this list since I do no owe this ?

      The best way to resolve this is to call us on the number provided on your letter. This seems like an odd way to resolve a billing issue. Insurance companies very rarely pay 100% and there could be a deductible or coinsurance situation all of which we are more than capable of walking you through. The number can be found on your letter and we also offer a chat feature. We look forward to helping you resolve your issue.

      This company has called me several times. I watch my credit and have no debt that is outstanding. When i called them back, they won’t tell me why they are calling me. They simply say “It is important business and if you do not verify who you are, we can’t give you information.” I am not giving out my info. I owe no one anything and ALL of my bills are paid. They need to leave me alone now. Cease and desist for crying out loud. Put it on my credit report and I will dispute it through the appropriate channels.
