    I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET CREDIT FOR PAYMENTS MADE ONLINE TO RIDGE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH MEDICAL BILLING CONTRACTOR ************ FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS WITH CONTINUAL PROMISES AND STILL NO CREDIT.     I called them on a recorded line asking if they would take my ********. They said they would. Instead of billing ******** they have presented me with a huge bill even though it is illegal to bill ******** patients. I have a recording of the call that I can't upload but I can email it.

    The business does not have any record of this person in their system. The CEO attempted to call the complainant on 10/5 and the ****** ****** said the subscriber is not available at this time.

    I don't know what to tell them if they're not professional enough to leave a voicemail. Also, I blocked their number due to their harassing communications prior to the complaint. They could have emailed me but were clearly too lazy. They also weren't competent enough to figure out that they had me under my former last name, Hardesty, because my insurance wasn't updated with my current last name. The staff clearly knew all of this. ??
