    The Ridge staff is extremely unprofessional and condescending. Whenever you question the legalities of treatment to your minor child they act like highschoolers and bad mouth the parent to their child and to the other patients in the unit. I would not trust them to watch my cat! When you tell them about all the rights and morals they have violated and you sign your child out AMA, the staff have a long track record of using CPS as a form of retaliation. If you or anyone you know need mental help. GO TO LOUISVILLE!

    If you’re looking for providers and staff that actually care about their patients you should steer clear of this office. The staff is rude and dismissive, especially Rhonda who is one of the receptionists. I’ve been on the same medication for almost a decade. I’ve never had an issue in the past getting a refill, even when I’m due for an appointment. As long as I got scheduled for an appointment I’ve never had an issue having a refill sent while waiting on said appointment, until now. I’m on day 3 without my medication and when I requested that the provider put in my refill this morning (my appointment is later today) so that it would be filled by the time I get off work I was told no by Rhonda. Knowing the way my pharmacy is, as I’ve been going there for a while, her calling in my refill AFTER my appointment will result in me not being able to get my medication until tomorrow afternoon which means I will have gone 4 days without it. This is not a medication that you can just stop taking cold turkey. In all the time I’ve taken this medication I’ve NEVER had to go 3 or 4 days without it. Stoping this medication cold turkey leads to withdraw symptoms. Does the staff care about that at all? No, no they do not. If you’re looking for a compassionate and understanding office STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE.
