I placed an order several weeks ago and on the day of delivery received a phone call an hour and a half after the bed was already supposed to be delivered that there was an unexpected delay. My next option was to pick a different delivery date almost 3 weeks later. Unfortunately, I had already sold my current bed, and cleaned/made space for my new bed the day of delivery. I understand that unexpected events happen, but to wait almost 2 hours after the scheduled time to call is very unprofessional. They had a 4 hour window to have placed a call to me. 6 hours of my day was wasted and I missed time from work. For the amount of money spent, it’s very unfortunate. This was my first experience with this company and I was really hoping for better. There is no way I can wait 3 more weeks before having a bed, and will need to look for other options.

Not to sound like a broken record or anything, but PLEASE BE CAREFUL when considering buying from this company. My husband and I spent TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS on a Breeze mattress and adjustable base, also the recommended mattress covers and the expensive pillows. As a matter of fact, we are still paying for it, having financed it.
At first it was GREAT. The cooling worked very well (so much that I had to put a blanket down on the mattress because I was too cold) and the mattress was very comfortable and we slept great, which was a welcome (and expected) change. After about six months, a “trench” started to form on my husband’s side and soon after, it happened on my side. We contacted Tempur-pedic and had to send the photos in and were promptly denied warranty, as our problem was not severe enough. We are now at 13 months of owning this bed and a couple months ago, I had to order a 2 inch mattress from Amazon because I cannot sleep on this Tempur-pedic mattress. I was experiencing back pain and sleepless nights. My husband hasn’t had a good night’s sleep in months. We, once again, got on the website and filled out a warranty claim, including a straight edge photo and a quarter. We haven’t heard ONE WORD from Tempur-pedic. I have emailed them twice more and no reply. At this point, we are desperate. We cannot afford another mattress, as we are still paying for this one. Did I mention TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS? Please, please think twice about making a large purchase with this company because they absolutely DO NOT CARE.

As mentioned before, bought a Tempur-Pedic mattress and after 8 years the mattress sags causing back pain for both wife and spouse. We submitted two warranty requests under different names and received two different reasons for the warranty denial. The last being liquid damage and stains. No where in the photos do liquid or stains exist on the mattress. Company is near fraudulent.

As many others here have mentioned, the Tempur-Pedic warranty might as well not exist. It's not worth it to spend thousands of dollars on a mattress that is only comfortable for a few years and is impossible to get a replacement. I wish I had just spent less on a cheaper mattress, seeing as how I have to get a new one in less than five years anyway. This company is trash and I will never buy a Tempur-Pedic or anything from Sealy ever again.

Again, just like S**** *******, the one star is here is to write a review
Given the product was purchased in S**** *******, therefore be advised that all service or claim will be brushed off by S**** ******* and got referred to Tempur-Pedic Sealy Canada, and just exactly like S**** *******, they’ll offer ZERO services on claims, no matter how many times calling their 1-800 line, it was just a circulation that goes to nowhere, your product will still sit in your home broken, leaving you only frustrations.
Overall, suggest buying from other brands, avoid this horrible company.

My experience is much like the others, I have only had my $4000 mattress for four years and it sags so badly it is just sad. The claims people blame me bc I didn't buy their prescribed wooden base that they sell. During our communications one of the claims personnel sent me a quote from the their warranty: "Tempur-Pedic reserves the right to invalidate this limited warranty if the foundation is determined, in Tempur-pedic's reasonable discretion, to be inadequate" basically they reserve the right to do as they please when they please. The confusing thing is that the back of the tag says clearly that their mattress is "intended to be used without a foundation or with foundations multiple." Which is very confusing to anyone who has read clothing tags to labels on the back of things in general. we are used to trusting labels and they are using it against us. Pretty high and mighty for a company who won't use the word "Foam" considering that that word is on that tag like four times as well. I also feel like the BBB should really accept claims after a year of purchase when its on something that is supposed to have a ten year warranty.

I have had a temper pedic adapt for around 4 years. The foam has fail all trubthe bed. We keep a water proof cover over the matter. They say their warranty is for 10 years. They have denied my claimed based off of cell phone pictures that they say appears to be some discoloration that can be from liquid. Well the bed has not got wet and even it it did at the head that does not expleain why the foam at the feet are also breaking down with. Coils coming thru. This was a 3000 dollar bed. The company is a joke and will be making sure EVERYONE knows that they do not stand by their products.

We try our best to take care of our customers, and we take our warranty process very seriously. We have looked over your claim several times to see if there was something we could do, but at this time unfortunately you are not eligible for a replacement. It is not our pleasure to give you this information, but at the same time we must abide by our warranty process and procedures.
Staining is indicative of moisture damage. Liquids of any kind will damage Tempur material and can cause deterioration of the foam. This deterioration can lead to sagging or cracking. We have included your photos below with the color saturation turned up so you can see the staining more easily; It does not alter the actual condition of the product—it simply helps present the image more clearly and accurately. This is especially important when evaluating materials, textures, or finishes that may not photograph well under certain conditions. I submitted a warranty claim to Tempur-Pedic regarding a body impression on my mattress. The indentation meets the warranty coverage criteria (>0.75"), and I provided clear photos showing that the mattress surface itself is clean and undamaged. The only discoloration was on a removable protective cover, which had been layered over a second, clean cover.
Despite this, Tempur-Pedic repeatedly denied my claim, citing "moisture damage" due to the outer cover. According to Tempur-Pedic’s own published warranty terms, staining on removable covers does not void warranty coverage—only damage to the mattress itself does. The mattress has always been used with protectors, on a proper base, and maintained in sanitary condition.
I escalated my case to their highest department, but they refused to acknowledge their own warranty policy or the photo evidence I submitted. I am simply requesting fair application of the warranty I paid for and a replacement mattress in accordance with their terms.
I would appreciate BBB’s help in getting Tempur-Pedic to honor their written policy and resolve this in good faith.

Sealy does not stand behind their mattresses. They deceptively advertise that you get a lifetime warranty but as many others have discussed here they just look for technicalities to deny you. I have had great experiences with other mattress companies replacing defective products. Sealy however rather than admit their mattress failed will blame you.

I bought a mattress about 8 years ago that is sagging. I contacted the company and explained that I no longer had the receipt. I checked with the store and the finance company., Neither go back that far.
Tempur Sealy gave me specific instructions on how to file a claim. I did each one. I provided the 27 pictures they requested over 4 different emails. I also provided the serial number they requested. after jumping through the ridiculous hoops I was told that there is nothing they would do without the receipt.
If you can't track by serial number why have it? Why make me provide 27 pictures if you had no intention of honoring your warranty?
For $3600 you would think you would get treated better. With all the options on the market now I would tell everyone to shop elsewhere. The product is good but the company is just another corporation who only cares about the next sale. Revenue by attrition its called.
