      I purchased a Cloud Supreme Breeze mattress, and after some time, we noticed significant sagging in the areas where we sleep. Upon contacting customer service for assistance, they declined our claim, citing mattress staining as the reason to not honor the warranty. Any discoloration present was clearly due to internal breakdown of the mattress itself, as we have always used multiple mattress protectors since purchase. After extensive discussions with customer service, they ultimately informed us that they would not offer any resolution or further assistance. I'm genuinely disappointed by this experience, and based on the company's handling of this situation, I would not consider purchasing another mattress from them. Based on reviewing the poor customer reviews here it looks like I am not alone.

      Failed to correct massage motor that failed after day 1. Was told I would get service. Waited 3 months for service that was cancelled by the company stating no technician in my area. No contact by the company until I called. This is a bad company and I feel sorry for the customer service people who have to listen to customers complain about a lack of service. I live 40 miles from a major town in california. No service tech guys, in my area, really. My recommendation, buy only from a local company who will honor your warranty claim, avoid on-line vendors, as they do not care about you. It’s just about the money! These are expensive purchases, I am disappointed beyond words. This is why America is in the mess we are in now. $$$$$$ is all people care about,IMO.

      Tempurpedic has beyond horrendous customer service. I spent over 100 hours trying to get a resolution. Employees don't return calls, don't do what they promise, & had horrible communication with delivery people. Absolutely awful communication.
      I bought a ProAdapt mattress. It was unbearably hot & I exchanged it for ProBreeze. They said I'd get a call to take payment and arrange delivery. Instead, they charged my card without my consent, never even called to schedule delivery, and overcharged me. I had to cancel my credit card for the fraudulent charge, and setting up delivery after I paid was nearly impossible. They denied they had my credit card number on file. Nobody knew who initiated the fraudulent charge - the store blamed customer service, customer service blamed the store, and everyone said they didn’t have my card on file.
      It took over a month to issue a $200 credit they said I'd get after I bought the mattress. Customer service blamed the store, and the store blamed customer service for being awful, once again. The store manager talked about how awful customer service is, and said they have huge mishaps regularly where customers end up with massive hassles.
      The delivery drivers broke my door (had to be replaced), and when they were going to exchange the mattress, delivery kept leaving me irate voicemails because I wasn’t home and apparently someone scheduled delivery without informing me. The driver kept leaving angry voicemails, then said he was coming at 10:30 at night. I called police. The delivery driver never showed up. I told Tempurpedic I wanted a full refund & they needed to pick up mattress. It took dozens of phone calls, the delivery drivers showed up countless times when I hadn’t scheduled them and wasn’t even home. It was just unbelievable. I finally scheduled pick up and they never arrived, twice.
      What an incredible headache. We bought a Saatva mattress and their customer service is excellent ~ we couldn’t be happier with it.

      Last November 29, 2024 I bough 2 TEMPUR-Cloud® Adjustable + Cooling Pillow Size: Queen, that is the MOST UNCORFORTABLE pillow that I used. I tried so hard to find the correct filled ( I removed the filled as they indicated ) but during 3 month of removing the filled, I always ended up waking up with a pain in my head and in my neck because when i laid down on the pillow at night, the pillow compressed and turn in a hard piece of foam or whatever material is made it and that produce me a pain in my head and hurt my neck also. I contacted the supposed amazing warranty team and CALVIN K responded to me that his product are no returnable at all never ever ever , just keep it and they keep my money. That's why i called Tempur Pedic Escalation Team and LAUREN after I told her the same situation , She told that she stand the CALVIN K and the product is no returnable and NEVER EVER EXPECT any return all. I told her that I am going to submit my complain to BBB and Consumer Protection Department and spread the this situation all over the internet , fakebook, Instagram, etc. and she told me go ahead. It is so frustrating to feel robing , fooling and that powerful company can keep your money in exchange of bad and unhealthy product selling with false advertisement and no body can do anything. That why I alert you about this company and its bad practices and the false advertisement of its useless products. I demand the full refund of the money that they get from me for that useless hard uncomfortable pillows

      Your company is a bunch of greedy corrupt jerks. How dare you champion a 10 year warranty then deny people when your defective garbage breaks down from just regular use? Your puppets in your warranty denial office claim that it’s my fault because the “fluid” damage that was apparently evident is my fault because I “should have bought a mattress protector. Never mind that I was told that the protector would block the cooling capability of the bed that I paid extra for AND that the “fluid” is only from sweat that a hot sleeper shockingly has when it’s 100 degrees outside.
      Sad part is I loved your mattress and now I want nothing to do with your horrible company because of how you treated a teacher and nurse who should easily have had their mattress replaced per your warranty but you want to weasel out of the agreement any way possible

      I am in year 8 of a 10-year warranty on a $5,000+ mattress.
      The mattress has sagged significantly.
      I completed the warranty process, providing all the pics and invoices requested.
      The warranty replacement was denied for no good reason as the mattress does not have physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material.
      I even purchased and used an overpriced waterproof mattress cover because the salesperson indicated that it would avoid warranty issues.
      I paid a premium price to make sure I had a superior product, and for the company to honor their warranty in case something went wrong with their product.
      All I want is TempurPedic to honor their warranty.

      WE BOUGHT A TEMPUR PEDIC PRO BREEZE HYBRID TO ONE OF YOUR AUTHORIZED DEALER IN CHICAGO. ASHLEY HOME STORE IN BOLINGBROOK IL 60440. THE COST FOR THE MATTRESS $ 1900.00. THE WARRANTY THERE IS LIMITED WARRANTY ON THE BED SO THEY TOLD ME TO CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR TEMPUR PEDIC PRODUCT TO FILE A CLAIM . ME AND MY WIFE STARTED TO HAVE A BACK PAIN BECAUSE OF OUR BED. THE BED SAGGING IN THE MIDDLE. FILED A COMPLAINT TO THE COMPANY AND THEU TOLD US THAT THE SPRING BOX IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THEIR BED. THAT IS THE PROBLEM OF OUR MATTRESS. SO THERE IS NO WARRANTY COZ WE DID NOT BUY THE RIGHT BOX SPRING FOR THEIR PRODUCT.WHEN WE PURCHASED THAT MATTRESS THE EMPLOYEE DID NOT EVEN MENTION TO US YHE COMPATIBILITY OF OUR OLD BOX SPRING. SO NOW WE ARE NOT COVERED WITH ANY WARRANTY ON OUR BED. WE SPEND A LOT OF MONEY FOR OUR BED BUT WE ARE NOT HAPPY AT ALL. SO HELP US IF YOU CAN CALL TEMPUR PEDIC FOR ANY WARRANTY ON THEIR MATTRESS. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

      This company does not honor its warranty. They have an elaborate "Warranty Review" branch that claims to be the final word and cannot be reversed. When I submitted the warranty issue they first said it didn't sag enough, after multiple responses and pictures they agreed it sagged enough, but then said it was damaged or stored improperly. The mattress has never moved or stored since we purchased it. Then they said the mattress was stained as if we spilled something on it, again not true. Judging by other responses below this is a consistent pattern for this company and I highly recommend to not purchase anything from them.

      I purchased a Tempur Pedic Cloud mattress with a 25 year warranty. This warranty explicitly details a 10 year replacement warranty and a prorated warranty from 10 to 25 years.
      The mattress started to develope a noticeable sag around the 9 to 10 year mark. I'm now about 12-1/2 years in with the warranty and the sag is well within their standards for a claim, and there is deterioration in the foam as well.
      I don't expect a replacement at this point, but the prorated portion of the warranty should apply. I loved the mattress and replaced it with another one from Tempur Pedic, so this could easily be worked out- or so I thought!
      After a couple weeks of emailing pictures, they notified me that their "team" determined it was "not subjected to normal use, not stored correctly, and has stains on the cover". All false and baseless excuses to deny my claim.
      I reached out to them again and they have cut off their correspondence, assuming they closed it on their end.
      Bottom line, that mattress cost me $4000. The replacement, along with their adjustable base and pillows cost me upwards of $8000. They have a 90 day trial and I will most likely return my purchase and go to a different manufacturer.
      If you purchase these mattresses, do so realizing you will have absolutely NO warranty support!

      I purchased a Tempur-pedic Ease base on 1/5/2025. The Ease base was delivered on 1/23/2025. Within an hour of receiving the Ease base, I realized that the Ease controller has no "favorite" button to restore a favorite configuration. I need to be able to restore one particular configuration because any other configuration results in severe back pain during the night. Had I known that the Ease base lacks this critical feature, I would have purchased the Ergo base instead. Unfortunately, the Tempur-pedic website does not advertise this critical feature very well. The website provides a list of features that each adjustable base model includes, but none of the lists mention the "favorite" button on the wireless remote. In fact, the only way to learn that the Ease controller does not have a "favorite" button while the Ergo controller has a "favorite" button is to view the pictures of their corresponding wireless remotes.
