  I purchased a ***** ******* bag on 4/9/25 via auction and would advise people to not purchase any bags from this auction house. The bags condition are not fully described and the pictures don’t indicate the entire condition. When I received this bag, the straps were in poor condition and will break apart any day soon. These flaws were not described nor shown in the pictures. I love vintage bags, but I could’ve gotten a similar bag in poor condition for half the price on Japan ****. I would not recommend this business for ***** ******* bags.

  I started participating in their auctions purchasing first jewelry and artwork and then coins. First off, when I had purchased artwork, I had simply questioned combining shipping and handling on both the artwork and jewelry I had purchased on the same auction. Unfortunately they ship artwork separate from all other purchases so they couldn't combine any shipping and handling charges. Ok, fine. For the first time, I then purchased 100 Peace dollars, which they listed them as, "1921-35 Mixed Dates" and NO WHERE WAS IT LISTED THAT YOU WOULD NOT RECEIVE AT LEAST ONE OF EACH DATE PRODUCED IN THE DATE RANGE THEY LISTED. So I thought that it would be safe to assume that I would receive at least one of each production date, meaning at least one of 1921-1928 and 1934-1935, with many overlaps. When I received the package, it did not contain what was assumed because of their lack of proper description. So I told them I wasn't happy with this purchase and requested a refund after return. They were returned and a refund was issued. But that wasn't it. When I decided to continue to bid in their auctions, they felt they needed to ban me from participating in any further auctions because of in my opinion, their misrepresentation of what was being auctioned. Extremely poor customer service and I would highly recommend that no one does business with them again. They should have been more descriptive in these items so that someone new will completely understand what they are bidding on versus assuming from their poor description. Very unprofessional!

  Petty. That is the attitude of this company. The art prints listed the incorrect size. I received no response from them, On another auction, they charged me shipping for two items separately but shipped in one box. When I had a question about correcting a mistake, they ignored me. Now I learn I was banned from their auctions. So be it. I can find auction dealers elsewhere that appreciate my money. This place is amateur hour and could use some lessons in customer service.

  The worst experience ever
  I purchase omega watch . in the scripture looks good and everything works with 30 days warranty. They ask me if I want to rubbish and polish this watch for $99 .I agree and I pay invoice including Polish and rubbish.
  I received the watch, dirty, like never see before. I will post some picture with everything. I emailed the company to explain this problem and I return the item today. It’s been two weeks still don’t receive the refund. I am so sorry to write this, but people have to know. I don’t know how but I will try to post a picture with everything including invoice and also I will call my lawyer.

  This customer purchased a watch that had a repair issue. We sell thousands of pre-owned watches per year and occasionally we do have watches that are vintage and have service problems. We do our very best to make sure that every watch we sell is fully functioning, and if it is not, we stand behind it. In this case, the customer was refunded in full for the watch that couldn't be serviced to our standards. I fail to see how refunding a customer fully and standing behind our product when something goes wrong merits a 1 star review?

  This company was very helpful. My gold was shipped and delivered on time. They were high quality coins, as described. Coins were carefully packaged.
  My invoice was accurate and easy to read. There were no surprises or issues.
  I will continue to use AJCA in the future.
