  This was a pleasant experience. We hired DDR to upgrade our patio and make it a usable space. They removed pavers, installed concrete and built a roof. They added a garden shed for lawn tools. Then they cleaned up very well at the end. This was a smaller project, but still had many details to cover. Leroy kept the job on track. DDR made sure to ask about any concerns we had and addressed those in a timely manner. The workmanship is very good. We are very happy with the end product. The only reason this wasn't a 5 is the communication during the project could be a bit better. We figured out to be proactive and let the project manager know what our schedule was when we needed to be available and they worked around any appointments we had scheduled. I will hire DDR again for the next project.

  We can't say enough good things about DDR. We moved to a new house with a very old deck and decided we wanted something larger and covered. DDR came up with an amazing plan. Leroy our PM was fantastic and was always there to answer any questions and to keep us update with the timeline. The deck is amazing and completed within the time frame. All the workers were very friendly and always arrived on time. You won't regret hiring this company.

  We met with Jesse to discuss our basement project and from the time he arrived to the time he left it was a very professional meeting. He answered all questions, design, cost, recommendations etc. Once work began they were quick and the quality of work was great. I highly recommend DDR for your next project!

  Distinctive Design Remodeling (DDR) is a top-notch vendor!! Demo'ing our current garage, and building a new garage was, by far, the biggest (most $$$) project we've ever taken on. DDR was there for us, every step of the way.
  During scoping, they asked smart questions, and took the time to understand our specific needs - it's evident this is all they do! They helped us save money where we could.
  Once we got into design and permitting, the office staff was polite, informative, and prompt in their communication. We ran into quite a few unexpected hiccups during permitting - they presented options and helped us work through every single bump.
  Once demo and construction got under way, everyone was WONDERFUL - our PM, the various crews. They showed up on time, did stellar work, and cleaned up after themselves. They made a daunting, new process, dare I say it, FUN! We learned a ton and would highly recommend DDR to anyone.

  DDR did an amazing job with our sunroom addition. We consulted several companies, and DDR was the only one to tell us our vision was possible. Additionally their services are a one stop shop, where they take care of permits, electricians, roofers, etc which alleviates a lot of stress on the homeowner. Within a matter of weeks they began construction, and the process was seamless. They completed the project on time and maintained communication throughout. Quality work and fair pricing. I have recommended them so much that my best friend and her husband had a project completed by them and are very happy with the process and finished product.

  DDR did a great job of adding a roof over my deck and patio. Project manager very knowledgeable and his kindness and courtesy were impeccable. All of the crews were efficient and completed all tasks on time. Honestly the easiest construction project ever!!!!

  We love our new spot to relax and enjoy our have l grand kids!
  DDR was a perfect choice for us, they took care of securing any permits needed. We didn't have to find an electrician DDR took care of that. Kevin
  Chris and Leroy were amazing. Brandee in the office was also amazing
  Handling a last minute issue with our HOA. If we ever need anything else remodeled, we'll be calling DDR!
