      Made a purchase for a school text book. It would read tracking but they didn’t provide a tracking number. I tried 3 different times to contact customer support at ecampus.com. They only offer online chat or email for CS. On the fourth try at online chat someone finally responded to me because I said I was reporting them to BBB. They told me it was not their fault that it was a third party vendor that the book was placed with. They told me to contact them. That was their “support”. I did email that company and called as well with no response. Ecampus told me it was not their fault and I was out of luck. This company is not helpful and seems to be advertising falsely and is not helping resolve my matter. I placed my order August 17th and paid for expedited shipping. My order on their site reads that it has shipped but exampus.com could not provide me the tracking number nor any other information about an order placed under their name and on their website.

      Quick delivery. Book was free of highlighting but a few pages of the index were shredded and difficult to use/read.

      Book condition was great, shrink wrapped and everything. Honestly thought I had ordered it used, but the price I paid was well worth it given the new/nearly new condition. The only issue I had was that I had check my e-campus account to find out the order had shipped, never received an email with tracking info. This is not a huge deal as I was able to confirm shipment and have since received the book.

      The book I ordered was delivered quickly, however the quality was not what I was expecting based on the online description. The text is heavily marked with highlighter and pen. I am using this for a course next semester and I find that very distracting and disappointing.
