      I have used this company to buy my books for school twice. Both times, I received my book in 3 days or less. Even better than that, both times I was able to purchase my $100+ textbooks for less than $15! You know a business is doing everything right when you check their site before Amazon.

      I will not be doing business with them in the future. I ordered a book and was charged and then informed that the book was not available and they did not know when it would be back in stock. I was given the options to either cancel my order and get a refund or wait to receive it. I chose to wait. After a month, I followed up on the status and was told that it was still not available and that I would receive an email once it was shipped. I never received any notification about shipment and in following up again when it crossed my mind that I still had not received the book, I was informed that the book was shipped and I was past the time frame for a refund for not receiving it unless I had proof of not receiving it (not sure how to provide proof of something that didn't exist). I informed them that I would have followed up if I knew it had been shipped and have asked for proof on their end of that communication. I have followed up again on that request after another month of waiting and have been informed they are still investigating. This issue could have easily been resolved with a reimbursement which does not seem like it will happen.

      I'd give a zero star if I can. I bought a book from them and paid $10 for expedited shipping. After 10 days I still don't have the book, I don't know when it'll be here AND the customer support don't want to help because "we just host a marketplace". DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!!! I'm going to fail my class because the book is not here and they don't even care.

      I would HIGHLY discourage anyone from dealing with this business. They have taken my money, continue to claim that my books have been shipped but have not after 3 weeks. They decline to provide me a refund and their customer service is non-existent. AVOID! I hope this business closes down permanently and stops stealing money from college students.

      This is the worst place to buy books. The worst thing about this place is that you might be forced to buy through them. Their customer service has proven horrible in person, on phone at the store, and on phone at their central location. They have numerous times missed calls and have their return policy changed so that you can no longer return at the place you would pick them up. But now have to go print out a label which you have to pay for and pick up all the book and bring them to ups instead. Everyone answers the phone like they don't know what's going on and everything is done in the most inconvenient way. Not to mention their shipping times can be a few days to a couple months. I would say unless you absolutely have to you would be risking your time and money by going with this company.

      Beware. They will hold your order hostage and attempt to force a cancellation and reorder because they know people need their items. They are not responsive to email contacts and when you do finally get a response, the item is “on the way”. But shipping delays— not of the customer fault will make you have to wait 10+ days for receipt. The prices are decent but as always: You get what you pay for so cheap books means cheap service.

      I would highly recommend not shopping with this company for books, I dropped a class, and their customer service representative told me I would get a refund which was the first lie I was told they don't give refunds for used items. so after I send my book back they get it in September but I heard nothing back had to call them several times just for them to say would take 60 days for my book to go through their return process which I was not told about by the original customer service representative get no answers until finally in November they say my books have gone through the process and are sending them back only then for them to not send all the books back and lie saying they only received one book when the bundle I purchased cost 283 dollars, avoid this place at all cost, order directly from the book manufacture.

      My books have not arrived. I paid for overnight and then I was promised they would arrive today. (10/20/22). I have no idea where my order stands!!!!

      Impossible to delete your account and information from their website. Chatbot doesn't work. Email form is broken. Live chat is broken. Fix your site and respect our privacy.
