      Took my order for an item that was out of stock! :( Apparently their better-than-competitors price was too good to be true: they took my order, had me wait a week for our order to be filled, then only to notify me that "Unfortunately, we were unable to locate a supplier for the following items:...". Don't advertise it if it's not in stock!! Can you imagine if this was a textbook for an imminently-starting class?? Buyer beware!!! :(((

While we carry thousands of books in our warehouse, some items are only available from our distributors or publishers. The item you order did show in stock with our distributor; however, they changed the availability on the item after several days. Therefore, we refunded the order right away, back to the original payment method. We have added some in-store credit to your account for the inconvenience.       Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, you cannot talked to a live person on the phone and when you use their chat feature you get generic responses. I sent in 3 books for them to buyback on 03/17/23; they received them 03/22/23. As of 05/03/23 the only response I get is “we will email our accounting dept. please allow 24-48 hours.”
