    Shanna the appointment setter was very kind knowledgeable and efficient. A pleasure to speak to Not at all pushy. Nick my tech who did the actual work was polite, hard detailed worker. He also walked me through what he had done and explained. He also fixed things I noticed to suit me. This is an Awsome company and I will definitely use them again.. I will also recommend them.Highly!!

    When I called Gina (csr) @ rite way she was very generous and helpful. She provided me with my option of when and where(home or @ the shop) I wanted my windshield replaced. My technician Jordan was polite,friendly and very professional.

    My windshield was replaced by Jordan and he did a fantastic job. He was cordial and did quality work. Shanna was the CSR and was very helpful. They both were very professional and handled everything smoothly. I highly recommend Rite Way.
