    This is the second time in less than a year the garbage truck refuses to take my can… The first time they said the cans were to close together, so I asked the lady on the phone the measurement so I can get my garbage took. Since that day I always take my measuring tape to abide by these “rules” Friday comes and yet again no pickup .. so 2 times they refused to take my can… they don’t worry about when my money is going to their “business” it’s basically stealing

    i paid my bill for 3 months in march, i thought i was paying march - may but they suspended my pickup and stated the payment i made in march was for jan feb and march, i was never informed i didn't pay my bill to current until today, when i called trying to deal with it, i was spoken to very very rudely by a customer service person for not understanding why i was never informed she just kept saying well it would beon your bill. yet i stated since i paid said bill i thought, i don't bother opening them cause the things are beyond confusing, this is evidenced by them annoucing they are changing the bills to be easier to read. then screamed at by her among other unprofessional conduct.

    Customer will be given credit $87.05, due to the misunderstanding and that he says he was not told by the CSR what quarter he was paying for when he made the payment March 6, 2023.  I have spoken with Mr. Riley and he has agreed to this arrangement.

    I have called the business and voiced my concerns numerous times but nothing changes. The trash pickup employees have destroyed both the provided container and those I have purchased at *****. I have purchased 5 cans in the last 6 months. Several times they have left bags of trash behind. My pickup on 11-25-22 they threw one bag over my fence into the backyard, left 3 bags of trash in the can, broke a wheel off my can, left a large crack in my can, tore the lid off the can they provided, and I also noticed four other houses in the neighborhood who's trash wasn't picked up or at least not fully picked up. I have asked for a new container and was told they would bring one over a year ago but I still don't have one. I am asking for reimbursement for property damage and for services that I paid for but did not receive on several occasions.

    Waste Connections will swap out the Waste Connections poly cart with in the next 7-10 business days and we will issue a credit of $100 for the customers personal can.  Waste Connections request that only the poly cart provided be set out for service.
