    When they are good, and show up, they will collect your trash. It took 3 months to get a replacement trash bin after their driver destroyed my previous. I was a week behind on a bill (by the way, you prepay for service, and it wasn't past the service end dateP and they won't pick up trash despite never calling or sending any mail. I miss P*** *******, they were a reputable company. Waste Connections is just like their job, trash,

    they damaged my trash can and refused to reimburse me, they failed to pick up the garbage leaving it for two weeks. they would not issue credit for not picking up, nor would they make an unscheduled to pick it up. they also tack on extra fees if they think the volume of trash is more than usual.

    I would like to know why Waste Connections of Eastern Kentucky charges different rates for people in the same locality. Our friends that receive a senior discount; their bill is less than our bill. We also qualify for the senior discount, with information being provided to Waste Connections proving our senior status. Why does not Waste Connections send out a specific listing of charges so people will be billed equally and fairly? I feel we are being discriminated against for some reason.

    I have been waiting since October 2021 for refund of overpayment. Waste connections has assured me for the last two years they will correct the issue. Upon mentioning I would contact the BBB for assistance they finally began responding but have still yet to resolve my issue. I sent them a cease and desist notice to stop billing me when I had no service and was due a refund. This is the worst ran business I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. Please do yourself a favor and find any other trash service available.
