    Purchased an Item on 23 June 2023, the Website says ships next day for Items in Stock. The item was indicated in Stock when Purchased. and still shows In stock on their website.

    June 26th - Received an Email saying they got my Order and asked me to not contact them because a shipping number will be sent.

    June 28th - Received an Email asking for Delivery Confirmation.

    I attempted to Contact them regarding the shipment since they are trying to confirm I received it. I called the Phone Number ************** on their website. It is a recording and it says "customer service is standing by to answer any questions" it then disconnects.

    I went online to their customer service and it is just a web form.

    They need to have a usable phone number, and it they are advertising next day shipment they should do that and if they ship something they should not ask for confirmation of receipt before they even send a SHIPPING/TRACKING number.

    I purchased an RV A/C unit on 18 Sep, 2022, for $850 that I received damaged in shipment.
    RV Parts Country responded to one email and never answered their phone, with no way to leave a message.
    I had shipping insurance on this purchase of $104.
    I have tried to contacted three different times, including a photo, and now have three different case numbers after emailing and receiving the same response. The case numbers are ****** sent on 9/23, ****** sent on 9/26 and 1***** also sent on 9/26.
    I have also tried to contact them on their ******** Page and through Instagram.
    I would like to have the unit replaced (not just the damaged shroud) because I'm unsure of the damage to the entire unit.

    I returned two products with accessories which were delivered on July 11/12, 2022. I have asked several times for a refund and have not received it as of yet. They keep stating it is the warehouse that is holding up the refund. The warehouse states they have the item. The number you call is only a recording so the only way to reach out is via email.

    On August 8th, 2022 I order a complete replacement RV awning system. Part of the hardware kit arrived damaged. The balance of the equipment including the awning roller and awning fabric has never arrived. I have attempted to contact the company via their recommended email message on their website 5 times and they will not respond. They do not maintain an operational phone line so you can not call them. I would like a full refund and they can send a shipping label to return the damaged parts they shipped.

I do see with the four tickets that you have opened with our customer service department, each have been responded to addressing your concerns. I have emailed the distribution warehouse the photos of your awning hardware damage, and requested them to provide return instructions for it. As soon as I have those, I will send them directly to you. As far as the other item on your order, the awning tube and fabric, **** Freight states they are waiting for you to make an appointment with them for delivery.     Ordered from website (camper parts world) an **** ******** Trim Ring #****** 16"x24"for $97.63. The dimensions were shown in a diagram and not listed in description. They sent a 16"'x16" and insist I received what I ordered. You can only communicate by web message and there have been many. They say I can return it but must pay the shipping and a restocking fee which is $27. This is not my error and as of yesterday the website still shows the size as 16"x24" in the diagram so I know other people must also be having same issue. Please go to their website I listed above and enter **** ******** Trim Ring in search and it will show you two models. Look at size given for the $97.63 model. I view this as false advertising and just want to return the item and receive a full refund of what I originally paid.

    On June 10th I ordered 5 ****** RV Furnace Duct Cover - 4 7/8"- ******** from this company. On June 13th I received 2 emails stating my order had shipped. The e-mails are the exact same e-mail. They supply the exact same information, including the tracking number. On June 15th I received a package of window and door hardware. The package had no packing slip, no order form, and no return address. On June 16th I received a similar package with 3 furnace duct covers, also no identifying information in this package. On June 20th I contacted the company and let them know I did not receive 2 of the furnace duct covers. The messaged me back with a tracking number, which I though was for the two missing covers. A weekish later I realized they sent me the tracking number that matched the package that I received on June 15th. On June 30th I messaged them back on my case number letting them know about the package of door hardware that was not my 2 missing duct covers. I told them I was willing to send the hardware back (with prepaid shipping), but still wanted my 2 duct covers. I have not heard from the company since, and my case link no longer pulls up a record of this exchange.

    I placed the order above. All other items in the order were shipped. One item that I received was different than ordered, but I made it work anyway. I never received the entrance door window frame. I know the amount is small, but I really need the part. They have replied back and forth with me claiming since I received a package, that it was delivered. They said they would have to file a claim form because they say it shipped and I said I didn't receive it. I asked them to file the claim and replace the part. They have refused to do so and stopped replying to my messages. I asked for a refund or replacement and they will not respond. People need to be aware that this is the type of business they run and they need to avoid them.

    I am rejecting this response because: I am not claiming that the package did not arrive.  The package DID arrive.  I am complaining because the window frame was left out of the package.  I have contacted your company more than 6 times and been told the exact same response you gave me.  I want the the window frame that was missing from my package.  The package that came wasn't even big enough for the window frame to have been inside.  It was a smaller white bagged package.  I received the three other items that I ordered.  They said the only thing they could do was file a claim with ***. I told them they could do whatever they needed to either send me the part or issue a refund.  After about three weeks of going back and forth, they stopped responding.
