On 4/11/2025 I received notification from *** **** * *** ****** * ***** and needed to submit with my 2024 taxes upon further review It was determined that the enrollment ************************** had on file for me was fraudulent and enrolled under my maiden name ******** for an address I havent lived in for over 15 years. I submitted a fraud investigation and was told 30-45 days for resolution. the fraud investigation was completed and 'resolved' in May 2025, i was informed the 2024 coverage was cancelled as well as the 2025 coverage. I asked when I would be sent a VOIDED 1095A and was told a new investigation needed to be submitted. I have called every week since 4/11/2025 & was told on 6/18/2025 that the case worker who originally handled the fraud complaint didnt 'resolve' the issue and the enrollment was still active and i had to continue to wait for a voided 1095A. I am in need of this VOIDED form so i can file my taxes. I have been getting the same 'no ETA to resolve, you need to wait' verbiage from everyone I have spoken to and feel as if the case worker improperly handled the inital fraud case that I should not have to wait addtl time as if it was the first inquiry. there needs to be an escalation process or addtl resolution process when ppl who are victims of identify theft have reached out for proper resolution. it has now been several months and im still in limbo. I need a voided 1095A to be sent to me at my current address so i can close this chapter.Initial Complaint

They will not stop calling. I’ve asked that they remove my number from the list. They call 10 to 20 times a day 10 to 15 minutes apart. I just want them to stop calling me.Initial Complaint

After speaking with a ****** ****** representative, I learned that I have been signed up for an account opened in my name for health insurance with "******* by agent **** ******** ************. I have never spoken to this person or given consent to use my information for any reason. Also, while talking with the representative, she had also given me the information of the first person who used my information fraudulently last year, and her name is ******** ****** ************* I have never spoken with any of these people for any reason whatsoever. **** ******* ************ or ******** ***** ************. I have previously reported ***** ******* ***********. I have never spoken with any of these individuals or consented to anything. I have insurance through my job, where I have been employed for over 20 years. I need this to stop. I tried contacting Absolute Health, I was told that these ladies work for this company. I have insurance through them already. They call my phone at least 30 times a day. It is harassment everyday all day long even on the weekends. I would like this business to stop calling people over and over and over again when they tell them they need no more assistanceInitial Complaint

This issue has been ongoing as I attempted to file my Federal Income Tax Return for 2023 & 2024. I discovered that I had been enrolled in the Marketplace Health Insurance. This caused me to owe over $2000 in federal taxes in 2023 & an additional $1300 in federal taxes this year. I was initially enrolled in Marketplace from Feb of 2020 until July of 2022 when i returned to truck driving after not working due to Covid-19. I called on 3 separate instances to cancel. The first time being July/2022 after receiving health insurance from my employer. I called again in March/2023 after I discovered I was still enrolled. I then had to call again in April/2024 after I discovered I was re-enrolled again. The agent I spoke with confirmed that the policy was cancelled in March of 2023. I am not the only person this is happening to. I also received a letter stating that the policy was used but I never utilized the policy. Nor did i re-enroll myself. I did receive an amended 1095-A for 2024 ONLY. I have yet to resolve the 2023 1095-A. I was also told that an agent enrolled me each time with the exception of the initial enrollment. In the initial enrollment I enrolled through the online portal. In instances with others that i know that this has happened to their information from Marketplace has been used to fill prescriptions as well as to seek medical attention. When I called Marketplace they only asked me for the basic information. There are no checks/balances to make sure the person on the other end of the phone is actually the enrollee. I would just like to get the issue for 2023 resolved with an amended 1095-A which should have been voided as well. I would also like to make others aware of this issue with Marketplace. Either the agents are fraudulently enrolling members for commission or there are agents who are passing their information to scammers to file insurance claims to seek medical assistance. In January, I contacted the marketplace to inquire if there were any additional steps I needed to take to enroll. I was informed that I would be automatically enrolled. However, my insurance was canceled in March without my knowledge, for a premium of $29 being due. I was unaware this was due as when I called I was assured that I was fine. I am currently high-risk pregnant and unable to pay out of pocket for my necessary appointments. I have requested to be reinstated but have not been successful.

I was contacted about health insurance and coverage. They asked for my information and asked if I had insurance. I told them yes I did thru my job and that i didnt need their insurance. That should have been the end of it but the representative signed my name up on their insurance anyway. When I found out I did all i could to cancel it but it had already messed my taxes up thru the IRS so I filed for it to be placed in a fraudulent case. I was told I'd be contacted and nobody ever contacted me. Now it is the second year that this is messing up my taxes. I've called this establishment but every time I do all the people I talk to have no idea what their doing or they hang up on me. I've demanded that they remove me from ANYTHING they have and they refuse. They messed up from the beginning by even putting me in their system for anything because I already had insurance and didn't want or need what they offered. The representative signed me up against my wishes so he could get a commission. This place has had my taxes messed up for 2 years now and I can't get anyone to help me.Initial Complaint

I asked to be removed off of there calling list multiple times some telemarketers have cuss me out others told me no we gonna keep calling i have gotten into arguments after i asked them / then told them give me a manager or supervisor and on 2 different times me and the supervisor got into telling me go file a complaint we gonna call tomorrow now they robo call me for the last 2 days 41 and 28 times so far today i want to be removed from the calling listi want them to apologize and be blocked from all robo calls from these people
