    My wife called to inform the company that an animal was in their trap. The animal looked dead to her. The person on the other end of the phone said that was an assumption on her part. She asked what that person mean by an assumption. That she was making an “ass”.of herself.
    The company failed to set a proper trap for the animal. Took a long time to discover a small opossum and then for a new trap to be set.
    The salesman said the cameras are watched twenty four hours a day, but we have had to notify the company of any changes.

    Hi James! Our animals are monitored in real-time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Making false claims that an animal is dead in our trap is grounds for termination of your services. No animals were EVER dead in any trap on your property. Additionally, rude and abusive language and threats made to our staff are not tolerated and are a violation of your contract with us. Your service is terminated and any further contact or harassments of our staff with us will be reported to law enforcement.
