    We’ve been living here and paying rent on time for over a year a half. Doors are falling off the hinges. My front door is so warped I have to push and pull to lock it. There’s severe mice problem when I say severe I’m getting over ecoli poisoning bc they legit just run around everywhere pooping and eating our food. This has been going on since march of 2022. This last thing was the last and final straw. Last Saturday July 15th a ball python snake was coming out of a mouse hole. The apartments came boarded up the hole. Trapped the snake in the wall and said they don’t know when someone can come out to remove it. It is now a week later. Friday July 20th and the snake is currently in my wall.

    Terminix has been in the unit to treat for mice. Our maintenance staff went to the unit after the resident put a work order in via email, then the resident threatened an attorney after maintenance went to the unit to repair. I have spoke to the resident since the threatening and stated why maintenance did not go back to her unit. After explaining to her, she was okay for maintenance to go back to her unit. We have also spoken to a company regarding the snake. The company advised us what we can do and not do.

    My ******** moved into The Stratton in April. Two weeks after she moved in another resident was banging on the door, my ******* opened the door and he tried to force himself inside. Luckily my other ******** was there and they were able to shut the door on him. I was already on my way at the time. When I got there the reasident was laying outside her apartment and had overdosed. I called 911 and the police and ambulance showed up. The gave the resident narcan and he was then up and off again. After that the same resident continue to harrass my ********. He threathned to whoop her ass and was always yelling something to her as she entered and exited her apartment home. Awhile back he paced up down in front of her apartment home with a baseball bat. The office is also aware the this resident has broken into tow apartments within the community. The office staff have been made aware of all these issue. This was my ********s 1st apartment. She was trying to get out on her own and be an adult. She has developeld extreme anxiety and had to be put on anxiet medicine, she has given notice, she has moved back home and is now too scared to rent another apartment. Just a couple a weeks ago, a contractor tried to get into her apartment while she was there packing and said that he was there to fix her a/c. There is nothing wrong with her a/c. The contractor was there to do interior work on the apartment home upstairs, not even work on any a/c. The office has been informed of this issue. I have sent numerous emails to the office and upper management. I have received one phone call from a very rude leasing consultant (ironically after that conversation, my ******** walked out to her car that afternoon to find a rolled up dollar bill onl the door handle of her car). I have received 2 emails from the property manager, after asking if anyone was ever going to follow up with me. Her only r
