    These apartments are getting over on people. For one on the website the rent say $769. When I came to sign my lease they said it would be $806 with the gas, sewer, water, trash, utility fee, building protection fee, pest control fee, etc. Now when I pay rent im paying at least $885. Not only is gas supposed to be included in the rent. I am paying gas through LG&E as well. Which is not supposed to happen. They came up with some bogus excuse as to why. I cannot wait until my lease is up to move. They never come check on anything, pest control hasn’t even been here since I moved. I would not recommend these apartments to anybody! They upcharge on every single thing. Pulling fees out of their ass basically. I’m so over it and so ready to move!
