    Business hours are posted, OPEN till 5pm .I arrived at this Medleys on Shelbyville Rd shortly before 5, about 4:50pm. Lights were on, but front door was locked. I knocked, no response. As I walked around the building , somebody left from the back and drove off in a blueish car real fast.
    — They have the keys to my car and AAA was coming to pick up my car..
    — the Medley ph number is not set up to take calls/messages.
    — This is a AAA Preferred repair shop????? AAA claimed they have no phone numbers or means to contact Medleys. This is according to Connie ID 114070, AAA supervisor. She refused to connect me to her manager.
    — This experience has me rethinking WHY after 52 years with AAA I should waste my time with them and their Preferred shop. They have NO idea of customer service.
